This hotel is super clean and very comfortable bed rooms are very roomy and with lots of tv channels

We was on the 2nd floor which was fine but the ceiling is very thin we could here this person walking which sounded like big foot! All night long! until this person finally went to bed or had to get up for something it was like the ceiling was about to cave in! My guessing this was a very heavy person above us! Boom! Boom! Boom! The steps was so loud I jumped at one time! No one tell you that it's water in the workout room until after we bought 2 waters out the vending machine a guy stopped my husband and told us The breakfast was ok the sausage was undercooked look like you could get sick from eating it..need more sitting space in the breakfast area

This Best Western in Hillview is AWESOME!! The staff is friendly and very helpful, the interior was clean, and Daniel was awesome. He helped me dig my car out of the snow and ice and did an awesome job on the sidewalks, clearing the snow and ice. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable! The breakfast was awesome also, I would stay again. Thanks to the staff of this Best Western, you all AWESOME!!

There is nothing at this Best Western Hillview to dislike.

The staff was so nice and helpful. Hotel was clean and well taken care of. Breakfast was awesome and coffee all day was very helpful.

The only negative my husband and I ran into was parking. It was extremely frustrating when coming back to the hotel later in the night and seeing a huge budget truck taking up FIVE parking spots and a regular size truck taking THREE spots. We felt very uncomfortable parking in the restaurant parking across the way where there wasn't much lighting.

When we arrived we were greeted by a friendly young lady who quickly had us checked in. She was quick to give directions to the hotel and our room and inform us of the hours for breakfast. The lobby, the elevator, the hallway, and the room was exceptionally clean.

The only thing that I didn't care for was the breakfast. When we made it down for breakfast there was very little hot food available and there was still over an hour left.

This and super clean the staff was wonderful. Our room was larger than expected and very clean as our bathroom was as well. I will definitely be staying here again.

There was nothing I didn't like. It was very easy to book, to check in and to check out. Like I said, ALL hotel staff was super friendly. The man that worked the front desk, I believe his name was Chris, was especially helpful, accommodating and friendly. Very well mannered.

Loved the room. It was very nice, very clean and bright. The bathroom, tub, and sinks all were well kept. The room itself was quite large and roomy. The staff were fantastic. Very helpful. I highly recommend this location for Best Western.

The A/C unit seemed a little bit loud, but I'm not sure that there is much they can do about that. Everything else was great!

The staff was very friendly and helpful and greeted you with a smile! The facility is clean, comfortable and the room was very large and love that we didn't feel cramped. Will stay here again on our next trip here to visit family.

The only thing was the pool wasn't available to use, they were waiting on an inspection in the morning before it could be used.

The staff was very nice. The location was great, easy access to the highway. Breakfast had a nice selection each morning-eggs, sausage, waffles, muffins, oatmeal, yogurt, fresh fruit, fruit cups,cereal, bagels, toast, peanut butter, juice, water, tea, coffee. Plenty of parking.

Loved the outdoor pool. Close walking distances to restaurant and fast food.

Being an older adult I felt the tub was very low and so was the toilet. I felt like I was setting on the floor to use the bathroom. Recommend walk in showers with your King rooms. Breakfast wasn’t as great as the guy at the desk made it sound.

This was a good hotel to stay overnight before heading to the airport. Staff was friendly and communicative. We had an issue with the fire alarm beeping in our first room and was immediately moved to another room with a non-faulty alarm. Breakfast was simple but was good enough before catching a flight in the morning.

The beds were clean and comfy but the carpet felt dusty.
