The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was very clean and plentiful. The restroom area was very clean. The location of the place is literally around so many good places to eat.

The laundry room only accepts quarters, but there was no vending for quarters. The front desk could not give me change for quarters. So I had to go to the laundromat to get quarters to put in their machine.

The price. The staff was very friendly throughout my stay. I arrived 3 hours early and stopped in just to see if I could check in and they did set me up with my room early. Looks like they did some room remodeling which was nice. My room didn't smell bad neither did the lobby. I will stay there again.

Only 1 restaurant close by. The television and internet service went out and was out for hours. Not sure how long it was out. It was finally restored. The coffee was always cold so it had to be warmed up in the microwave. Their free breakfast wasn't much. Muffins, toast and jams, hard boiled eggs, some fruit. They did one morning have biscuits and gravy but was cold. They need to do a better job of this and hopefully expand the menu to include scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes and cereal.

The breakfast wasn’t very good compared to similar motels that we’ve been to. I came down around 9:00 am on Monday morning. There weren’t any biscuits - plenty of gravy. No sausages. Limited food items.

Large room and friendly staff. We arrived late at night after flying for hours (and waiting between flights), and we left the next morning, so I mostly was just there to sleep. It's very close to the Louisville airport, which is why we chose it.

Excellent location, close to the Expo for our dog show. Two restaurants just steps away across the parking lots. Room was comfortable enough at this time of year, the heater/air conditioner would not work, so we opened the window to make it more comfortable.

The room air conditioner/heater would not work at all, not even the fan. We had a Tornado warning the first night and the front staff was no where to be found, to ask what we should do or where we should go. I felt like they abandoned us. At the hall end entry that we used, it looked like someone was using the stairwell to sleep in, there was a mat and some soiled towels hidden under the stairs and it smelled heavily of Pot smoking. We had no maid service, no one picked up our trash or towels and I had to go ask for more toilet paper. Paying $20 extra per dog is ridiculous, they are kept in crates in the room and get taken outside and picked up after.

The property was close to the airport, the staff there were amazing. So helpful. I had a great experience there . I’ll definitely go back . Everything was nothing but the best . 10 star review

They have one baby crib only and we have reserved one but we don’t recived and the beds are not big enough and we can’t move it so it’s dangerous for the kids

We've stayed here several times and it is always pleasant. Clean rooms. Decent breakfast

We decided to stay a second night and we were charged more than the first night.
