Customer service is pretty great and the maids try very hard. The nights are very quiet in the building. Staff is there to help 24/7

People fighting over waffles and yelling at the receptionists and eachother. Suggestion People fighting over a germed up waffle station is bound to disgruntle people first thing in the morning. A cook who monitors and makes the waffles, yogurt, etc work behind a sneeze guard. Also. I'd totally pay an extra 5.00 a night for some sausage, bacon, and eggs All air filters need replaced and air ducts cleaned out. It makes my nose run. The place has alot of potential.

It’s is a very inexpensive hotel. Cost:value was exceptional! Staff was professional and friendly and the breakfast was well maintained and quite good. For less than $100/night I don’t know that I’ve had a better stay in this country.

There wasn’t much to not like. It’s very simple yet clean and comfortable. I guess my biggest complaint would be that the ice machine on our floor didn’t work so I had to make the 1:30 minute round trip to another floor to get ice. Whoa is me

The breakfast was pretty decent. Staff were always ready to help! The bathroom was fully adapted to wheelchairs. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The microwave and mini fridge inside the room were new!

The room on my side was treated for some flood, with a strong smell of mold. Sometimes I had the sensation on my feet that part of the room carpet near the bathroom was wet. The water fountain was not working properly, and the vending machine had no water to buy.

Hot breakfast with a good variety of items. My room was spotless and the bathroom was big and clean. The police keep their presence known in the parking lot at night, which provides extra security.

I didn't care for the garbage piled up outside other peoples rooms/doors in the hallways. I can't say its an error on the hotel, but the trash cans by the vending machines are always overflowing as well. So they should figure out a better system for keeping the trash off the floors and in the dumpsters outside.

Staff was excellent! Very friendly and helpful. Facility was clean. Great location for my need. Ample parking available

Guests in the room next door were very loud in the morning. Had no respect for other guests. Child was literally screeching at 8a with parent yelling. I finally told the front desk after an hour of this and the manager spoke with them. Disrespect of other guests is not the fault of this, or any hotel.

Although we did not eat breakfast, just coffee and juice, the one person working there was very friendly, helpful and courteous. She is amazing. The coffee was always hot and ready, the place is clean and well supplied.

Housekeeping - they have to do better - One day we requested to clean the room, all we got was fresh towels and the old towels were still on the ground. They do not clean - got a piece of paper in the bathroom, and that was not picked up. I left it there for this purpose, and the piece of paper was there for two weeks.

Location was good. Easy access to freeways, shops and restaurants.

Lifts and passage carpets are dirty. Leave a negative appearance and impression. Stayed for 5 days and coffee and cups not replaced once. Fortunately I am a clean person and kept room always tidy. Toothpaste against bathroom cupboard.

excellent, it is not a new hotel but they have it well preserved, both inside and out. The rooms are comfortable, clean, have a refrigerator and microwave. The hotel has typical American breakfast, the area is clean and the food is good. The location of the hotel is great, nearby there are several Cardenas fast food restaurants and even a large supermarket that you can walk to.

Really for the price-quality ratio we liked it, some things to improve but nothing that is impressive. I would say water during breakfast, however, there were some water sources nearby.

I have to be at work at 6:30 in the morning and I was getting my Coffee and toast and the girl said something about or not open till 6.. The funny thing is it was me and about 5 other customers waiting to get our food and drink so we can all go to work so that we could pay for our rooms isn't that ironic.

it had clean and comply beds, micro wave/am fridge was nice the extra closet was great/ shopping within walking distance! ? think there was a pool!?(swimming pool)? pet friendly- great vip deal for cost!! Also had nice shower w/ hot water;)!!!

The Cory cards are crap! cartons needed washed, I have bad allergies,Cable cord in bac of TV was cut n not working? the lighting was a bit low for my bathroom things so, like to see my smile!
