Great location! Staff was helpful and friendly. Stylish rooms with lots of amenities. The only thing I didn't love was the pillows, but that's a personal preference thing. Our best friends live in Parker, so we will definitely visit the Ascent again!

The pillows. We also didn't love the breakfast spot next door, "Doug's Diner." The food was fine, not great, not awful, just fine. May have been an off-day, but service wasn't great. No coffee/ water refills and had to ask multiple times for the check and boxes. We visited and fell in love with "Bread and Butters" across the street.

The room was spacious and nice, and the bed was comfortable. Wifi worked well, and I was able to work without issue. The gym was small but clean and had plenty of free weights plus a few cardio machines. They have vending machines for quick snacks, plus free coffee in the lobby in the mornings and two restaurants in the same building. Parking was easy.

There were a couple pieces of trash in the bathroom trash can when I arrived. Water pressure could have been better.

The facility and the staff were wonderful. This is a very beautifully designed facility. The staff went above my expectations to serve our needs. I have mobility challenges and the walk-in shower was so delightfully easy to use and there were ample plug-ins near the bed to serve our oxygen concentrator and CPAP machine.

It was a little difficult to find the facility and it would be nice to have some form of breakfast closer. Doug's Dinner may serve that need but it was closed when we were there.

The front desk was not always right there( preoccupied behind the desk ). Also it does not make any sense that the restaurants are not readily open and espcially on a Sunday and Monday . I have been to The Ascent numerous times since my daughter and son in law moved to Parker last year and as a realtor from Michigan I also have met my business partners at The Ascent, and we have to walk into downtown Parker or go there for a drink or a meal. It would be so much more conveinent to have this opportunity right at Ascent.

Great location close to everything we wanted to do,great restraunts in and around the Hotel.This is our third time staying there.

We were there during thanksgiving and it didn't seem like The Douglas and other restaurants in the hotel were even open.Dougs Diner and the Tap Room were open except for Thanksgiving.

Room was super clean, and very comfortable. Multiple restaurant options inside the hotel, and a great breakfast diner next door. Location is super easy to get in and out of.

Only complaint I can think of is literally just the shower type. Rainfall shower looks nice, but doesn't have great water pressure and doesn't cover much of your body unless you're standing directly underneath (and I couldn't because I'm not a daily hair washer) so I was always a little cold. Otherwise, the shower itself was huge and clean so it truly wasn't that big of a deal.

Quiet, small, convenient, close to shopping and downtown, great facility for eating and our rehearsal dinner with 35 guests. Loved the nightlight in the bathroom and loved the air conditioning and temp control, especially overnight.

Hard to find a reason not to stay here if in the south Denver / Castle Rock region.

The rooms were beautiful! Well planned and with little touches that made it so luxurious. Several restaurants on site made meals convenient and the food was exceptional.

The water pressure in the showers was not great. At one point, the water flow even stopped for a few seconds before resuming. Also, parking was difficult. There wasn't much available and I noted that even the nearby street parking was full.

Staff was very helpful and friendly, the place was very clean and they were accommodating to our dog who was with us as well. Quiet place to stay,

Need more parking as there are multiple restaurants that take up the parking. Need a microwave in the room as well to heat up food would be nice.

The hotel itself it’s gorgeous. The rooms are lovely, big and the bed really comfortable. Unfortunately I missed the days when restaurants and roof top were open as they are closed Sunday and Monday. Reception staff are super friendly and helpful and responded to requests really quickly such as date changes and when I asked for an iron- it arrived in seconds! They really are so supportive if there’s anything additional needed.

Just to note- I hadn’t realised when booking just how far from Denver City it is. When you’re without wheels or know that you’ll be sampling the array of craft beers in the city, Ubers are quite expensive m to and from the hotel so up to $60 each way should be factored in to the budget!
