The location was right in the heart of food, leisure, shopping, and casino entertainment. It was clean and comfortable.

I had to rekey my room key each day, and front desk cookies were not available for days. Also customers who travel with pets where charged $20.00 extra for each one. I usually travel with pets, so I probably wouldn’t be staying at this hotel because of their pet policy. It should be only one $20 pet fee no matter how many pets you have.

We stay at hotel/motels only about 4 to 10 times a year in both the US and Europe, and this was our best stay yet. So I can only say that everything, especially the staff was off the charts. We will definitely stay there when ever we are in Missoula.

We were pulling a small trailer and found parking a little challenging, but we made do.

Great breakfast, comfortable beds, nice big room for the kids to spread out and play. The swimming pool was a little cold, but the hot tub was just right.

The sliding door into the bathroom stuck and was difficult to close all the way, and when you tugged it gave way and slammed into the door casing.

Bed was exceptionally comfortable. The decor was appealing, not blah. There was color on the walls - our room was an Apple green

Looks brand new. Attractive staircase in the lobby. Comfy bed and great shower. The rooms are small but adequate. Able to walk to restaurants and some shops including cabelas. $25 Uber ride from the airport. We did not eat breakfast or use the indoor pool/hot tub, but they seemed adequate.

We had an odd numbered room facing the street which was quite noisy. Other side may be quieter.

The staff was friendly. The beds were comfortable. The room was spacious. The building and our room smelled fresh.

There wasn't anything wrong.

An overnight stop on a road trip. An excellent motel, as we have come to expect from this brand. Large rooms, comfortable bed, friendly staff, plenty of parking.

Nothing, it was all fine.

The breakfast time should be extended to 10 AM.

Breakfast is awesome and we enjoyed our time together and having the drinks available was a pleasure to see in the Breakfast room
