The staff was very helpful and the room was very clean. The A/C worked great. Great price too.

They had a surprise $100 "in case of damages" fee? I'm assuming it's refunded at checkout. (The lady that checked us in was nice enough to waive it because we were only staying 1 night.) Also, the beds were a little uncomfortable but fine for 1 night.

Very Friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The food in the restaurant was great and definitely not as expensive as staying on the strip.

Not used to the heavy smell of smoke anymore.

The hotel casino was very quiet despite the location. we felt safe at all times. the hotel offer free coffee for patrons, a restaurant with specials during graveyard shift. Free offers and gifts. Beds were comfortable and clean. Even had different pillows to choose from. BONUS! The jacuzzi was the cherry on top after a day out.

It was a little bit far from the strip to get to do the tours but we quickly figured out how the bus routes work and was easy and affordable

My room was excellent. Everything I needed. Allowed my dog.

My first dinner was the rib eye steak. I asked for medium and it was almost raw. Sent it back and it came back perfect . Breakfast of biscuits and gravy were excellent, best I'm had in a long time. Second dinner was super dog...not so super, I expected bigger. Steak fries were under cooked. Wait staff on second dinner didn't seem interested in being there. I asked a question about an item on the menu and she didn't know anything about it..She never came back to ask if I needed anything.

Very welcoming staff, everyone we interacted with was nice and worm. At check-in they provide few useful vouchers that can be redeemed during the stay.

The room was spacious, but there were no plugs by the bed to be used to charge devices during the night. The floor of the bathroom did not seem clean, even if probably was just very worn and old. Solid soap bars for the shower are for us very unusable, we would have preferred to have liquid soap. The location, even if allows direct drive to the strip, is pretty far, and requires driving between 15 and 30 minutes depending on traffic.

This was our second stay at the Longhorn Hotel and Casino. We were there for 17 days and what can I say …….we had a great time. The entire staff and all Employees are super friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and you feel at home. The pool is great and you always have enough space to swim. The restaurant is fantastic. Not expensive and it tastes great. I love playing here at the casino. There are some old machines but also a lot of new ones. A good mix that is fun. And With all the security guards you feel very safe and the boys are really nice. The room was very nice,but no microwave. The special meal that was advertised was not what was served. Very cheap on the welcome slot play. Staff was very paranoid about my firearm being worn, even though they didn't have a sign saying no firearms allowed. Overall, I would definitely stay there again for the bargain that I got.

Less paranoid over my firearm. Better slot play for staying. More offers to towels and wash cloths instead of having to always ask. A bigger amount off a meal purchased in the reastaurant. Could use a better variety of beers at the bar.

Great option if you just want to spent the night, clean bathrooms and complimentary drinks at the bar plus discount vouchers for casino and breakfast. We stayed there to freshen up before starting our road trip to Utah, perfect for the price and service.

The building needs some work, specially the carpet, full of dust and smell, I couldn't stay there for more than one night.

I only crashed for the night so I didn't get to see everything. There was enough space in the parking lot, they have a casino, the staff was always very friendly and the room was nice. Great carpet, everything clean, can't complain about anything! I can't comment too much on the location but it's on the Boulder Strip.

The room was clean but at times it would start to smell of cigarette smoke from the other guest that would be smoking in the hallways.

Some of the guests with dogs who would let their dogs bark for hours on end because they left them a lone in the room. Also there were multiple times when we would hear the start of dog fights outside our door because guests did not have complete control over their dogs.
