The warm hospitality of the staff made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Our room was spacious and comfortable, offering stunning views of the city that we enjoyed every morning. The on-site amenities, including the pool and gaming area, provided endless entertainment for both of us. Plus, the hotel's convenient location made it easy to explore the best of Las Vegas.

One aspect I didn't particularly like about our stay was the proximity to a road under construction. While I had concerns about potential noise, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the noise levels were minimal and only noticeable during the day. It didn't significantly impact our overall experience, but it’s something to consider if you’re looking for complete tranquility.

The room was great and the hotel was very quiet. Diane, our housekeeper was fantastic! She really outdid herself!

The desk staff, as well as the manager could use a lesson in customer service! The young lady that was working the day we checked in, she was great! But the others could certainly learn a lesson from her! And Jane, the housekeeper we had for only one day didn’t make up the room. All she did was replace the towels and take out the garbage, this after I had requested that it would be. But she certainly took the tip!

For being in Henderson and not Vegas, it has the charm of old-school Vegas in the most unexpected way. Booked while stopped for gas on the way from Reno, and it has old-school casino vibes with antiques and the best amount of charm, without the chaos of Vegas. An attached casino, but no noise overlap. Pet friendly, as noted from a dog a few rooms down but once our door was shut, you couldn't hear any barking. On-site security, too. Very comfy bed, a massive room with an electric fireplace, his & hers sinks, just all-around unexpected for the price point.

A few stray crickets in the corners that were ushered out under the door, we put towels down along the main door to the room to block them from coming back in. Parking lot was a little sketchy but well-lit.

The room was clean, the walk in shower and large shower head was great. The bedroom passages are nice and very wide/

The surrounding area outside of the parking area might make you skeptical, but ignore that! The lobby is very nice, clean, and the staff is wonderful! Shout out to Lucas and the woman he was training...those two are great! Both very friendly, and Lucas was very knowledgeable, and patient. The room was comfortable, and relaxing. Next time we're in Henderson (probably for a hockey game) we'll definitely stay here again!

Honestly, the surrounding neighborhood, but that's out of their control. Totally not a deterrent, seriously.

Not super secure location parking wise. Next to a "trailer park". Transients walking through the parking lot scoping out cars.

This hotel is older, but very clean and comfortable. We wanted a place outside of town so this fit the bill. The rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, bathrooms are huge, hallways are wide, and the service is great. We ate at the restaurant for breakfast. Again, great service and good food. My only issue was that we could smell cigarette smoke around the hotel which I hate, but it wasn't bad. I'm just super sensitive to that smell but expected it, especially attached to a casino. We would definitely stay here again.

This place is 20 minutes from the Strip. It's pet friendly (note there's an extra per day charge for your fur baby). If you're hungry yet don't want to leave, there's a restaurant right there (and the food is good)!

I wouldn't necessarily say dislike yet more of a wish... A wish there was a designated dog park or a grassy area for the fur babies.

Room with King Size bed had plenty of room. Bathroom was roomy and like other hotels did not feel cramped for space. Location was perfect for my stay & easy in and out. Staff welcoming & friendly and Cruz the bartender is a sweetheart! Also Irene the waitress was so pleasant with her service at breakfast. I like the history of the Casino & the artwork & memorabilia that marks the history of Vegas.

For my purposes for a one night stay it suited me perfectly & then next morning with good breakfast & some gambling onsite before checking out was just right for this trip.

The hotel was nice and clean and spacious and very comfortable and the staff was great.

The pool was sooooo dirty and just gross. I really really wanted to swim. The little fountain thingy wasn't on. It just gave me the feeling that nobody takes care of it. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months.
