People who work there are very nice.

No lock on bathroom door and a light that wouldn’t turn off.

The location and facilities met our needs. Location was key for us. Surprising that there are not a few more hotels near here given the proximity to the university, but this is not a tourist area. Staff were very helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. No onsite food but lots of good options nearby. Easy access to buses, not too far from subway. Would recommend for folks comfortable with cities (see cons).

Other guests were rather noisy overnight. Lots of loud talking/yelling in hallway. Soundproofing seemed typical. Excess noise was definitely coming from hall, not through walls. No idea if this is common or if we just got lucky. Otherwise, normal city street noises, which we are used to from living in our own city, and the windows were reasonable for sound dampening. All normal pros and cons for city accommodations.

Cleanliness and hot showers

The cleanness was great! Staff was awesome as usual. The rooms was cozy. Air conditioner definitely works. Yes the neighborhood looks bad but it’s really not. If you mind your business you’ll be fine. It does get loud at times.

I realize there’s are no chairs in the WHOLE HOTEL. Chairs need to be in the rooms. My boyfriend and I have to sit on the toilet if we need to sit down for something. We kept having to turn the air conditioner off and on due to it getting EXTREMELY COLD. There wasn’t a button to turn the air down. It had to be ran full blast. And the blankets on the bed was very thin. Will bring my own next time. The microwave situation I feel is unacceptable for the price that we pay for the room. There is only one microwave in the lobby. None in the rooms. I have to go all the way downstairs to the lobby just to heat up my food. That’s ridiculously!!

I enjoy staying here because I never have any issues with the staff. The property is always very clean and neat. The rooms come with smart TV's. Nice clean bathrooms, that come with soap already. comfortable bed & sheets. Usually a calm overnight stay.

The only small issue I have is the fact that there is one microwave located in the lobby for the whole property to use, which isn't horrible yet not fun. Also no coffee machines, no travel sized lotions.

I like the convenient location, check-in process was simple, the staff was friendly and kind, and the room was okay. It could have been better.

I did not like that I had to call the front desk to ask for a desk chair and a new light bulb for the room. The lock on the bathroom door was broken and the air conditioner was broken too. I had to turn it on by the switch on the plug. It was just okay. They need to do better to fix things that are broken before the room is booked.

It was comfortable and in good shape. Everything worked well and we felt safe. The employees were great. The windows open and we got fresh air.

The price at the last minute was astronomical for the accommodation, but less expensive than almost anything else we could find. The knob on the bathroom door was missing and replaced with duct tape to keep the latch from functioning.

The hotel was beautiful inside I was afraid it was going to be a mess because I saw an old google picture of the property. But inside was immaculate. variety of food places close buy to choose from. Room was clean and bed was comfortable

There is no parking. Hotel advertises no parking and they mean it! You have to find parking around the neighborhood. No coffee maker in room. No chair to sit at the desk if I had work to do would have to do it one the bed.
