I stayed here with my grandson for 3 nights. The pool here is exceptionally big!! We had it all to ourselves. All the staff was very friendly and helpful except for one front desk girl. Love the fact that all the rooms have sliding glass doors and a small patio with two chairs. The continental breakfast was out of this world!

The only thing I would have liked was a microwave in the room. And I had to turn the fridge on to cold after putting all my stuff in it; I woke up the next day to everything being warm. Not sure if they turn it down in every room after check out but it makes sense if they do. Very close to Daytona speedway. About 3 blocks. And ten mins. From Daytona beach boardwalk! I highly recommend this hotel. You won’t regret it! They also were painting the outside when I was there. Looks beautiful.

Good location to the theme park, nice staff, clean, decent size of the room. The ladies to serve the breakfast always make things tidy and clean.

Shuttle bus schedule to the theme parks is not going to work if you want to be in the park when the park is open. But it is not bad to take a uber or Lyft due convenient location with extra fees 🤔 . Honestly one of the reasons I booked the hotel due to shuttle bus service which did not worked out for us.

Close to where we wanted to go. The breakfast was phenomenal!!! Beds were comfy.

The plug in, in our bathroom did not work. I always carry an extension cord, so I was able to get the blow dryer to work that way. I notified the front desk when we left and they said cthey would have it looked at. It was somewhat noisy, but then we were there for the car show at the Daytona Speedway and there were alot of hot rods.

The room itself!

We were constantly rushed to get out exactly at 11am. My children and I were an hour and a half late checking out. The staff knocked on the door at least 5 different times rushing us out! Best Western called the police! We were very discussed being that it was one of the best hotels my children chose! And we've been there on several occasions and never had this issue The eggs for breakfast were also bad. Everything else was great. 😃

The big size of the room . A great and comfortable bed and pillows.

The first room we got did the room Keys not work, so we coulden't get in to the room. And in the hallway there was a lot of noise from some of the other rooms. Så we asked for another room since the keys diden't work anyway. But we got a New room and everything was great, and the keys to the New room worked without Any problems.

The property is very nice and I love the pool

When we left the hotel, all of us had red spots on our legs that were itching. Went to the urgent care and was told it comes from bed bugs. At the hospital when we sat out food on the dresser roaches started coming out. The hotel was nice and clean, but after what happened to all of us. I will never stay there again.

I like the balcony and being able to see my bike in the parking lot. breakfast was good.

needed a microwave in the room or at least have one available upon request. i didnt like leaving the room at night to go and warm my food up. rooms were kind of pricey. I know it was bike week but the prices were jacked up pretty high

Room spacious..bed comfortable. Ac worked great breakfast was good. Pool was clean

No microwave and coffee pot broken. When I asked for a replacement they said they had none to replace. So 5 days no convince of having coffee in my room

Everything was nice except no Marcowave was in the room. Not something I was use to especially since the cost was over $145 a night. Also I couldn't believe it just had one elevator. And we had to walk in a maze to our room

I liked the place itself the breakfast and staff but won't be staying there again

Huge pool, great breakfast. Location was great. Within 10 mins to daytona pier right next door to Krystals and a liquor store and alot of other stores and restaurants

In our room our the whole toliet would move when you sat down the shower knob also would come out when you tried to turn it on. Everything still functions though.
