The sea view is priceless Location close to the beaches and so many restaurants Very comfortable bed Spacious room Cute decor Staff is polite and helpful They do not let delivery drivers go in the elevators and I think that's good for safety. We met ours in the lobby.

Some old blood stains on towel and pillow case You can tell it was washed but I think they should have just been thrown away. The office chair for the desk was hard and uncomfortable, it has seen better days (not a big deal but notable )

The location was great (however, No convenient stores within a 8 minute drive). The oceanfront was great! I love balconies. Bed was very comfortable. Front seat staff were great! Hotel had a party for the New Year and the greatest fireworks display I’ve ever seen! Free parking.

The housekeepers would knock on our door every morning and say “check out”. It was annoying for two reasons: 1) We had a 3 night stay 2) we had a door hanger which read “Do Not Knock”. Also No microwaves in rooms. Need to have a Little more balcony privacy. The good completely outweighed the bad though

Always enjoy our stay at Godfrey our hm away for the holidays & in-between, the location, view and even with Staff changes the ladies at Reception are always hospitable.

I have an Issue of Paying to Park they call Resort Fees and its in No Way A Resort and the New Years Eve Party Guest Should Receive Complimentary Admission though most adults won't go but my sons would as its become a techno party since Godfrey took over from bay harbor which was an adult party, So we all go to whiskey Joe's next door a fun spot for all

The front desk staff is superb! The waterside views are simply amazing. The location cannot be beat, 3 restaurants within 2 miles & 6 mins from the airport

The rooms need some TLC. The drawers & closets are musty and the chairs are worn. The beds are super comfortable though!!! Hotel residents should be able to enter the WTR club free of charge, or at least a discount on the weekends.

We love the balcony view! The staffs was amazing. The location was close to the things we wanted to do. Overall you get what you pay for.

The bathroom had some issues, the toliet was very slow at flushing and it didnt have enough pressure to flush. It would occasionally leave some "floaters". We found a few roaches on the bathroom sink and in the cabnits. (Gross but not a big deal). The doors has a gap in the bottom which you can hear everything that happens in the hallway.

The location of the Godfrey is great! I prefer the waterside, as it's a nice view & much quieter than the parking lot side. I always enjoy going to WTR next door, the food is good and so are the parties

When I initially checked in, we were given a room that had a sliding glass door that wouldn't open and there was a lot of rust and dirt in the shower. It seems like the folks downstairs don't exactly know what the room conditions are like. When we moved to a different room, things were better, but the tub was still pretty ick. I think the cleaning crew needs some follow-up; they don't sweep the balconies or clean the tubs very well- my balcony had water leaking from the AC going across it, with balled up hairballs and cigarette butts on it. Pretty gross. I expect more from The Godfrey.

Staff was super friendly and welcoming. Bonus-the view from the hotel over the bay was awesome!

The bathroom was filthy! The shower was stained with dirt, there was black curly hair around the corners of the shower (I'm blonde) and the washcloths had black curly hair woven through the fibers. I stopped by the front desk Thursday night to get the bathroom cleaned, but no one came up. I was told when I visited the front desk that I was supposed to request the cleaning service (this was not mentioned when I checked in). No one came and I used a dirty shower for two days :/ Not great.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. Complimentary water bottles were provided to us. The room and facilities were clean. The room was a comfortable size. The bed was comfortable.

The pool closed too early. The room didn't have enough outlets for our electronics. There were loud people playing music too early in the morning on the balcony. The shower and toilet were out dated and uncomfortable. The water took forever to drain when showering. The cabanas were not part of the hotel pool itself, so we were unable to utilize one until "WTR cafe" was open.

Amazing front desk staff extra thanks to the English woman at the front desk. Claudette I think her name was. My apologies if wrong but she was just so friendly and helpful! We used the hotel discount for the Clearwater aquarium. Money well spent

The sliding door on the balcony was extremely rough. Hard time closing it. And noise control was non existent.

The suggested responses for this specific question are a bit misleading - There was no breakfast provided by the hotel. But, Wonderful location, absolutely loved sitting out on The waterfront listening to live music from across the way

The resort fee is a bit frustrating, you should just charge whatever amount is appropriate for the room. Resort fee makes it feel like your nickel and diming us
