Amazing room double queen suite facing airport. Very clean/modern. Convenient restaurant next door.

Only issue, when I checked in I was sent to a standard queen room NOT what I booked. I went back to the check in and told that person I booked the Queen suite which has the large seating area and extra room space and even showed her my confirmation which included the photo of the room.. She tried to blame booking.com saying they post photos that don't match the room I said I've used them for years and not once have I had an issue and I want the room I clearly booked. I asked for the printed confirmation from them of my reservation and it also showed I had the Queen Suite so don't know what the confusion on her part was.

It was a good location for us, 15 min uber to our destination. The room was nice enough and clean.

When checking in, the woman front desk agent was a bit snippy with my friend and I. My friend arrived before me and while trying to add her name to the reservation over the phone, this desk agent was reactive and rude. Other minor inconveniences - there was no microwave in the room and the provided wall mounted shampoo and conditioner were both empty.

It was a very nice and large breakfast room. Pretty typical Hampton Breakfast offerings. Hotel room was nice and seemed well maintained. Asked for extra pillows and they were in the room on arrival. Close to the airport. A nice shopping mall was a half hour walk away. Also dining options were also about a 20 minute walk from the hotel. If you have a car you will eliminate the walks.

This Hampton was in a business park with office buildings and other hotels. It probably was built for business travelers than pleasure travelers. Uber was difficult to get if you were going into downtown Miami so we took the shuttle back to the airport and picked up our Uber there to go into Miami for one day. Returning Uber drivers had no problems taking us back to the Hotel. If you are on a pleasure trip probably better Hampton options.

The hotel was nice enough, clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was included and was ok.

Communication with customers is shocking bordering on ignorance. The hotel ignored several messages I put on their message page and ignored several emails. This was regarding the bus transfers from the airport to the hotel. We needed information about how it works, where to catch the bus etc. They ignored all our questions. We ended up catching a taxi at the cost of 28 dollars for a five minute trip. A simple answer or reply to our questions would have help so much.

The only thing I didn't care for was the breakfast. The coffee was not good and the eggs were powdered eggs yuk!!! Also hard boiled eggs were cold...it would take such a small change to fix the quality of the breakfast. The breakfast staff is excellent and kept every thing full and clean. The quality of the food just wasn't good for such a beautiful hotel.

Hotel was well appointed and clean. Staff was great and helpful. The breakfast was were they lacked. Which i don't blame them they cook what's given. Quality of food was just not good. Powdered eggs and cold hard boiled eggs. Breakfast is easy j7st use natural eggs and warm the hard boiled eggs. So sumple.

Very nice spacious room. Clean. Best thing about the hotel was its staff: housekeeping, reception, manager were all kind, smiling and welcoming. I was staying with loads of stuff after a family members home was flooded by hurricane. I can’t tell you how much the attitude of the staff here helped through a difficult and tiring period.

I used the laundry. There was no machine for dispensing quarters and front desk had run out. Maybe washers that take a credit card would be a solution. The dryers weren’t very effective.

It is always a pleasure staying at the property.. Denise is always the best .. i would like to thank Denise at the front desk for her exceptional service. she is always welcoming, attentive, and professional, instantly making us feel at ease. Denise has a remarkable ability to balance efficiency with a warm, personable touch, ensuring that our interaction feels genuine. Denise is a fantastic ambassador for the hotel and always makes our stay all the more memorable. Thank you for having someone so exceptional on your team!

very clean with modern decor

shuttle was provided as free, but it took awhile for arrival at airport. Perhaps upon notifying hotel of our arrival, an estimated expected wait ime would have been appreciated as we waoted for over an hour but was told the shuttle was on their way

The staff was very professional and friendly. Great breakfast selections. The pool area was great There are many things to do nearby Great restaurants Overall, we had an amazing time here at the hotel & in Tampa

Parking was limited. However, there is public parking at walking distance (inconvenience for individuals with children and / or with walking limitations. The room doesn't have drawers to store your clothes. Keeping our clothes in the luggage was not a good vacation feeling

I stayed overnight to catch another flight out of Tampa the next day. Located close to the airport, The Hampton Inn & Suites is a very good property for this type of hotel. The free shuttle is helpful for travelers. The rooms are very clean, the bed and pillows are comfortable, and the amenities are nice. The breakfast seating area is exceptional.

I have few criticisms or complaints. The quality of the breakfast was pretty good but not great. The shuttle pick up took longer than expected, but that is because it serves a few different hotels. One can hear the planes taking off, but that noise ends after about 10:00 pm.
