Undoubtedly the finest accommodation in Austin, Texas. The design is exquisite, with stunning rooms, and the security staff is both kind and approachable. Additionally, there's a charming Starbucks conveniently located within the hotel. The perfect location adds to the overall appeal.

Although the staff is helpful and presentable, I anticipate a heightened sense of urgency. A queue was rapidly forming, and only after I brought this matter to the receptionist's attention did they call in three additional colleagues to efficiently clear the line of people waiting to check in.

The pool was nice and the views from the deck chairs were great! When you were in the pool there was a big wall blocking a lot of the views so you had to stay on one end to see the city.

The parking garage was small!!! I lived in NYC for 7 years so I have seen my share of small parking places and this was one of the worst then add peoples trucks! Also the parking elevator only brings you to the lobby then you have to walk through to the other elevators and then go up to the rooms.

The room had a gorgeous view of downtown Austin. The location was perfect for the reason we were there. It was walking distance to the venue for the concert we were attending, and super close to 6th street. We did not eat breakfast there, but we did have late night snacks at the restaurant downstairs which was delicious!

Nothing - it was wonderful! I will stay here again when I come to Austin and need to be in the downtown area! It was a great place to stay.

staff is really nice, perfectly helpful. room is comfortable, beautiful. location is great. the food in the restaurants is excellent.

the wait for an elevator was sometimes too long.

The property is beautiful and we had an excellent stay. The lovely woman at the front desk gave us a really high floor level room and we had some great views. The pool location on the rooftop was really cool but it was packed when we went. Not anybody’s fault though, it’s a great spot! Staff was very friendly, location is close to lots of restaurants and 6th street. Price was a little high but everything in Austin is!

Key to first room did not work. Back for another room. Sick in second room stuck in closed position.f Housekeeping fixed. No housekeeping while we stayed in room only on departure. Parking car overnight was $37. quite high

The location.

There was several miscommunications with my room. The door didn’t close properly, plus there was soap scum from whoever was there prior. I called front desk for assistance in possibly relocating rooms the person whom I spoke with was very short on listening to the scenario and was not helpful. Guest service was knocking several times throughout the day between 7am and 5pm despite I NEVER asked for room service. Front desk called us Monday morning asking why we where there as if I was invading the room for which I paid for. I’m very disappointed. Hilton was NEVER my first choice. I only stayed there because my job covered Saturday so then I decided to pay for Sunday. I won’t be recommending Hilton to anyone anytime soon.

The oatmeal.

Breakfast from the restaurant was overpriced and not that good. Then served in a box as not a good look for a $45 breakfast - 1/2 omelet, potatoes, toast and oatmeal.

The location of the hotel was perfect, I was visiting for work at UT Austin which was close by. The hotel was also within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. One staff member even gave me a water bottle when I asked where to purchase one nearby.

Great location. Staff was wonderful. Beds were fantastic.

The water was extremely hot in the sink if the hot water is even slightly on. No free breakfast.
