The check in staff was extremely friendly and the facility was very clean when we arrived. The rooftop bar was great to have as an alternative if you didn't want to get a car and go to Broadway. Close proximity to the airport (15 min ride) Overall, the stay was good and hotel were good for the price we paid.

Booked two rooms and they were on different floors, which wasn't convenient, as we were traveling with friends. The breakfast was okay. Some things seemed stale and not fully stocked. A lot of construction outside of our room, so it was noisy. I know that's not the hotels fault, but it was just something worth noting. The location is more laid back if that is what you're looking for, which isn't a con, but it's about a 7 min Uber or 10-15 min walk to Broadway. The room (king bed) was smaller than expected, but it was fine for two people. The sick in our room was cracked and it looked like it was fixed in a hurry, might need a little more TLC.

Facility was very nice. Enjoyed the rooftop after dark. Breakfast was good and I was provided gluten free muffins on request. For those with celiac disease they should have been left in their separate packaging instead of put out in a case with other muffins. But thankful for them!

Thought the price was high as the location was OK, but not a short walk to the main attractions. Also, prefer not to pay for parking.

The room was very clean super comfortable, plenty of moving around space in room and bathroom. No outside noise. Location is perfect walking distance to Gulch and Broadway activities.

The UP Rooftop bar is open to the public and a great way to enjoy views and music. I would say market this area more to draw travelers and locals in. Maybe even serve the morning breakfast service up there. It's a fantastic and unique addition to your hotel!

Breakfast was good, had a nice variety of food and beverages. The gentleman who was working did a great job walking around making sure everyone was satisfied and had what they needed/cleaned up.The ladies at the front desk were always helpful. Walking distance to the Gulch which has many cute shopping stores and resturaunts.

Room could’ve used a garbage can, besides the one in the bathroom. The door itself on the inside of our room was very dirty, you could tell it was wiped down poorly, you could see certain swipes yet fingerprints all over. Cleanliness is my number one thing I look for in hotels. Besides that the room was clean!

guys….that “pool” is not a pool. should not be considered a pool. we booked this place for a pool…I had 2 really bummed kiddos. this trip was our “vacation”… the pool was an oversized hot tub/whirlpool and the room was so hot and heavy aired my 75yr old mom nearly fainted! we opened the outside door to get fresh air and then I used the indoor shower feature to spray cold water on us as they “played”. clean, great feature but NOT a pool by any means! bummer!

Breakfast was good. I do miss the waffle maker. Eggs could have been better. But all and all it was good. The staff were great. From the front desk to house keeping, to management

I wish the gym was bigger. But better than nothing. The treadmills were good. Just a word of help. The treadmills need to be cleaned. Vacuum under and around them. They will last longer

Breakfast was wonderful to wake up too. Valet guys were exceptional at having the car there when you asked.

I had already paid for my stay through booking.com and when I gave my credit card to the lady at the hotel I just assumed I was paying for the extra valet parking. Actually my card was swiped again for the entire total of my room charges again, nearly $500. This tied up my money I had set aside to use for our 2 night trip. The people were extremely nice to work on getting it reversed and credited back to me but it wasn't until after I returned home until it was finally credited. We still had a good time but definitely were on a much limited budget than we thought we were going to be.

The staff was super friendly. Valet service was great. Room size and cleanliness were good. I like the location. Within safe walking distance to The Gulch and a short car ride to Broadway.

Breakfast. There were very few choices. No biscuits, 1 bagel, no English muffins, no bacon (only thin sliced Canadian bacon), no hashbrowns. The quality of the food that was out was poor. Scrambled eggs were very watery and bland. Toaster handle was broken. Waffles seemed fine. I was at the buffet at around 8:30 AM. Buffet is open until 9:00 or 9:30, so I felt like there was plenty of time for restocked food to be eaten.

Convenient to the Harlow as I was visiting family. The staff and room.

Super noisy in my room during the day do to the renovation. it sounded like they were coming through my wall. The thermostat was set on Heat 70 but the temperature would rise to 77-78. Too hot to sleep comfortably. I had to run the A/C most of the stay.

Perfect location, clean, and safe! Also loved the shuttle service. Thanks!
