Front desk staff. Check in staff member Shiv was unfriendly and gave us incorrect information about our room upgrade.

Location was beyond ideal… close to everything awesome but outside of the fiesta fray! The front desk staff was beyond kind and accommodating. The views, the fitness center and the decor of the room were exceptional and exceeded my imagination and ideals !

Upon arrival, our room was not ready at 4pm. Had been a long day of travel and a touch of touring so we were in need of a refresh. Inconvenient as we like to “settle in” and have our temporary home settled. Lobby was decent for waiting however and weather cooperated so we could have valet hold our luggage. We love to be active on vacation and the shower was amazing but housekeeping would remove our towels and only replace with one. Really no big deal but since ya’ll asked…

Great location, comfortable and clean spacious room with great views. Lovely staff—-we dropped our phone coming home late and someone had turned it in to the front desk and they tracked it down.

Could have used a mini fridge at min in the room. Plenty of space for it. The roof top pool area was very small. The pool is almost hot tub size (not exaggerating) & there aren’t any real lounge chairs there. They are really pushing the private cabanas but again why pay $500 for one of those when the pool is bathtub size? Limited breakfast menu options

The rooms were lovely, very clean, comfortable bedding, good location, great views, All staff were very friendly and couldn’t have been more polite

no parking but knew that when we booked, also the pool and roof top bar was shut for a private function when we were there on the only sunny day we had so couldn’t use the pool which was very disappointing, also the room was for 4 of us and we had to ring reception everyday for enough towels as were only ever left enough for 3 people every day.

Everyone was real nice, and the beds were super super comfortable! View was great!

The only thing I would say that I was not very happy about is that my card was charged close to $900 for incidentals… It’s been 24 hours and the charge has been reversed now, but to have that much money charged during our stay was not acceptable. I can understand a couple of hundred dollars. … but not that large amount.

The Westin was a luxurious quiet escape from the high energy of downtown Nashville but walking distance or a short Uber ride. The restaurant inside was perfect for coffees, breakfast, lunch and the bar was nice for cocktails as well the roof deck bar! The high rooms with heavenly beds were fabulous!

Hmmm …. Liked that the JW was next door as well with Bourbon Steakhouse. It would have been nice if the sauna was a part of the fitness center rather than in the spa.

Bathrooom layout, hotel lobby decor, and rooftop pool/restaurant.

I'm glad I am a Mariott Bonvoy member, as I would not liked to pay for wifi. I also don't like that there isn't a frige or microwave. If going out to eat and have leftovers, there is nowhere to store and reheat. I guess you do this to deter eating in the room. It's a big inconvenience.

This hotel will not disappoint!! Beautiful hotel the room, location, spa, rooftop pool, and bar. Staff all were wonderful and helpful as well. You will enjoy this hotel!!

Breakfast room service was expensive no more than most places but still high. I would love to see hotels do a reasonably priced breakfast in room service for those of us that take a while to get ready.

The decor and appearance of the property .

The surcharges and the forced valet parking. After getting charged $65 a day for valet the valet guys have the audacity to request tips. There is no other parking option as break ins occur in the lot next door. The $30 hospitality fee is another joke.

This property was beautiful!!! The staff was friendly and accommodating- we were treated like royalty;the in room dining was excellent, and the restaurant on the premises was delicious!! It was close to Broadway too, but not so close you had all the noise and foot traffic. Cannot wait to go back and stay here again!
