Easy to find with Waze . Secured parking with night guard security!! Excellent staff- all of them ! Very clean. Bed and bedding great ! Excellent restaurant with great food made to my order!!! I’m putting this in here because it’s not a dislike- but it’s is not the Taj Mahal so don’t expect that and the rooms are a little spartan but very quiet- never heard the neighbors inside the room . For the price, the security , the excellent staff, the good food that was made to MY order from friendly people, I would stay there in a heartbeat!!! No complaints except the PB (lobby) light didn’t work in the elevator 🤩

The pool is lovely, with anice view of the canal, the neighborhood around isn't the safest, I was appraoched a lot, but just get ubers and you'll be fine, Panama is like that anyway. The staff are lovely. Nice bar area on hotel. Wi-Fi is stong all over the hotel as the password does for all versions. Air-con is perfect in the room.

There is only one socket/outlet on the room and hard to reach.

The hotel is modest, the rooms small but what is exceptional is the cleaning service and the service from the owner. He is excellent!! I travelled with my mom and dad for medical purposes and my mom needed to refrigerate something. The staff told us to use the fridge by the counter on the main floor but as soon as the owner found out, he sent the maintenance man to put a small fridge in my mom’s room.

the building next to the properly is empty and some homeless people arrive at night to stay around, but the security in the hotel is exceptional.

Gm ☀️the staff and acomodación is excellent, how ever there are a few banging noises coming from_? It’s like a Tick, Tick… Most hotels nowadays provide great entertainment HBO/USA/TVMAX etc.. channels here seem to be local & ☝🏽 US channels it would behoove them to change their internet pkg.

1️⃣ Find out what is causing the noise & stop 🛑 it. ASA 2, Change internet pkg Fix Elevator, 🤔🧐it keeps stopping on the 4th floor😄😅😂

Not really the cleanest place (the room service is there every day, which is great, but let's say the "long-term" dirt is there anyway...). Probably we missed out the info about non-alcohol policy in whole hotel...
