the room was comfortable and we had housekeeping come in everyday cleaning and replenishing toiletries which was really nice to return to a clean room ...breakfast was delicious there was a varity of things to eat and menu was changed everyday we had dinner from the restaurant a couple of nights and that too exceeded our expectations meals were tasty... the staff were great and helpful whenever we asked a question we just had to cross the language barrier more spanish speaking than english... location was great we used the santo tomas metro station regularly which is only footsteps away and taxis were very accessible when needed.... area was safe at any hour no issues with security... walking distance to most places of interest

the only issue we had was the language barrier we are more english speaking with a little knowledge of spanish so it took a few minutes to get understood... the staff spoke mostly spanish but need to learn a little more english i think because the translator app did not help much

It’s a small room with few amenities like no coffee machine. You have to go to the restaurant for ice. No nearby market I could see for goodies.

Our stay at the hotel was pleasant. We were treated like family. The room was spacious, bright, and quiet. They have a very varied buffet breakfast for all tastes, and its location is close to a supermarket and public transport. I must mention that the hotel manager is very charismatic and responsive, and if there is any problem, she will solve it immediately and positively.

Fantastic cleanliness, very good comfort of the room. Great breakfast in a firm of buffet, on the top floor, so the breakfast area was great as well. Free underground parking. TV with Netflix as well!

Maybe not so nice location for a longer stay - not so many restaurants snd good shops in the area. But on the other hand there is an underground station just behind the corner.

Hotel is clean - the room was properly cleaned every day. Staff is very welcoming and friendly, both at the check-in desk and at the restaurants. Food at the restaurant is a good value for money and I enjoyed eating there on multiple occasions - they have a very relaxed atmosphere, no pressure in asking you to order but very efficient/fast when you order food. For the purpose of my trip, the hotel is well located.

So breakfast could be improved. Adding some veggies, hams, cheese, yoghurt and more fruit would a long way to improving breakfast. Coffee wasn't bad at all.

One night stay for a layover, 4 beds in one room were exactly what we needed and we also had a mini fridge. Staff was expectional as always, and 24-hour room service was highly appreciated. The food from the restaurant was amazing. And, the restaurant staff were very friendly and welcoming. As was the front desk agents.

I felt that the A/C in this particular room could have been more powerful. Someone came and looked at it. The room cooled down eventually. I did not have this issue when I stayed at the hotel before, and it was a longer period of time.

The hotel service was excellent. The staff was very professional and helpful. The room was perfect for our needs. It was very clean and comfortable. We ate at the restaurant twice and both times Gabriel took great care of us. And the food was delicious. In the morning they made us 3 breakfasts to go. The shuttle service from the airport was great. Luis, our driver was prompt and friendly and an excellent tour guide for our short time in Panama City. We learned so much from him. The next time we are in Panama City we will definitely be staying at the Ojos Del Rio.

The staff was very nice and accommodating to my request. The room was very pleasant. They had a safe which held my important paperwork (passport/ID etc). The Mini-fridge was great as well, so that I can purchase my own waters/snack etc. The working air conditioner was a definite plus. There is a vending machine on the main floor (PB). The breakfast I was able to get up earlier to try it out, it was able $6 and the it wasn't that bad. There was a cook-to-order chef there to make an omelet for you. The hotel is literally about 2-3 blocks away from the Rey | Bella Vista Grocery story, Address: C. 43 Este, Panamá, Panama. The nearest Metro train station is Santo Tomas. Walking distance to the Cinta Costera, nice photo moment. Late Check-out: I asked for a possibility for a late check-out and they have definitely accommodate me. I was able to check-out at 3pm for about $10 (which was very convenient). The restaurant on the 6th floor was accessible via elevator and also stairs as well. The Eddie the server was very nice, and definitely tried to get me what I need with my English. The food I had the first night which was the Dinner Special, Salmon, salad and potatoes. It was nice.

I wish they would have better working irons and especially ironing board. Microwave - there isn't one in the rooms, but the attendant Kayden - asked for the restaurant to warm up my meal for me which was great. I wish they had a pool, it would've been a nice add amenity. I work for a hotel back in Chicago, I wish if I was the owner, I would definitely make some enhancements to make more comfortable.

Great value for a suite that looks like a luxury condo. I will be stay here when I come back due to it being enough space for my girlfriend and daughter. We also have privacy with doors separating the bedroom from the living room. For extra convenience it’s great that it’s a tv in the living room and the bedroom. The kitchen is also great! Having a hospitality background, this hotel has some talented cooks who prepared and delivered the food to my room in less than 15 minutes.
