Perfect location, in a very nice charming area. The metro station is right in front of the door. Personnel was very nice.

The rooms look a bit older than shown in the pictures, some renovation would be good (for example, damaged tiles etc) but it was still nice and clean.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very comfortable and clean, as was the bathroom—just like the pictures! When we arrived, it was snowing heavily, and although the room wasn’t fully warmed by the central system due to the sudden temperature drop, the staff provided a plug-in heater, which worked perfectly and kept the room very warm. The towels were changed daily, and the staff was exceptionally polite and helpful throughout our stay. The location is fantastic, with the metro station conveniently located right at the hotel. Overall, a great experience—I would definitely recommend it!

The rooms was super-clean. The bed was comfortable. It was quiet. While the room wasn't very big, it was well-designed to there was a doublebed, a desk with a chair, a closet with small safe, a mini-fridge, a stool, and a suitcase holder. Two people could navigate without driving each other crazy. The hotel severved breakfast for a few dollars extra. We didn't take advangate of this, so I don't kow how good it is, but the location of the hotel is excellent. There is a small grocery open late next door, and many eateries in the neighborhood. It is centrally located near bus and metro lines.

Staff are very supportive. Olena was so accommodating, she assisted me in booking my taxi. They manage well my belongings after I checked out because my flight is just 2 hrs before midnight. Room and Bathroom Cleanliness is superb. Excellent location “ few steps from Metro Station (Gaite and Montparnasse–bienvenüe), easiest way to go to the Paris landmarks. Hotel surrounded by very good boulangerie,cafeterias, restaurants and patisseries.

Lift (old lift) is good only for 2 large people, 3 is a crowd. Towels are not white but clean, better if they put fabric conditioner. Breakfast is basic, enough to start the day.

Small no frills room but newly modern renovated bathroom. Very comfortable beds. Air conditioning. Great sound isolation so no sounds from the big street outside are heard. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Good value for the breakfast. Location gives access to several main metro lines and the Montparnasse train station is 2 minutes away. Also is a short walking distance from the famous Montparnasse cemetery. Restaurants and bars are just around the corner.

The TV was small and old. The elevator is tiny (as always in Paris). Breakfast could be just a little bit more "inspired".

The access of the building is easily done. The metro station for line 13 is near to the entrance, and the others go by Montparnasse train station. There are lots of groceries and bakeries in the neighborhood. About the room itself, I really like that the room was cleaned every day. It is quite small, but we didn't need something more.

You can enter the building only if the personnel will give you access and check the room card key. This was not an inconvenience because there is 24/7 service and reception, but it was a little bit unpleasant not being able to enter by ourselves even after the check in.

It’s super clean, fresh, and even has air conditioning (!). Those blue roofs across the street is a vibe I won’t forget. Very friendly staff, everything is awesome. I really liked that elevator, specifically preserved and restored in authentic state. As well as door handles and windows. It’s such a vibe.

I’ve had a small food incident (unrelated to the hotel). If reception had some basic meds for cases like fever, food poisoning, allergies, etc, it would’ve made this stay 11/10.

All staff were very pleasant and very helpful and you could see that they put a lot of hard work into making guests stay enjoyable. Just a short walk from Gare Montparnasse. A fantastic Boulangerie nearby. There are plenty of restaurants in the area too. We were in one of the quiet rooms at the back of the hotel, which was perfect. There was a kettle, teas/coffee and a small fridge in the room. We would definitely recommend the Arcadie Montparnasse Hotel.

Room was clean. Bathroom was newly renovated. Staff were very helpful. Lift was welcome. Location was perfect for a 5-minute walk to Gare Montparnasse with a small supermarket opposite and cafes and restaurants nearby.

We booked months before so by time payment taken from credit card, exchange rate meant cost was higher. Also, city tax was AUD $34.06. 20.80 euros for 2 nights not the AUD$12 estimated by booking.com. booking.com also said there was a mini bar and carpet - no mini bar and no carpet though new wood floor.

Excellent location and easy access to multiple Metro and train stations. Easy to walk to Luxembourg Gardens. Very lively area with mini markets, cafes, creperies and pubs staying open until late (midnight). We could also see the upper part of the Eiffel Tower from our room! Very friendly and helpful staff. Everyone was very polite and as soon as we mentioned that the shower was clogged the issue was resolved. The room was cleaned and the towels were changed daily. The reception operates 24/7 which made us feel safe. Great value for money.

Some parts of the furniture need replacement (e.g. the pouffe in our room was damaged) and some parts need to be refurbished to look better (e.g. the ceiling of our bathroom). The room wasn't soundproof as we could hear the noise from the corridor especially in the morning when the cleaners were beginning their work.
