Wonderful hotel 5 min walk from the city centre!!! Big and very clean room, excellent breakfast and taxi service!!! Close to nice restaurants etc. The perfect stay in Bratislava. Thank you so much!!

Everything was as described and expected. The breakfast was good and you could choose a lot of different food. Personaly it was a little bit too much english inspired food, but that's obviously the way most people want their breakfast. The parking spot directly in the hotel is great. And the location of the hotel right in the center of Bratislava is awesome. You don't need a car and you can make site seeing only by foot. The castle is impressive. You should visit the UFO and you should give a boat tour on the river a try. Bratislava and the Hotel Tatra is for sure a destination to come back. Awesome!

The room is spacious and quiet even for street facing room. The style of the hotel is a little dated, but clean with some upgrades/remodels (i.e. bathroom fixtures, electrical outlets, etc), which adds to the charm to the hotel. It is a short walk to the city center and across the street from a small shopping center/supermarket. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is dog friendly and had no issues accommodating my furry friend and there were dog friendly parks nearby. The breakfast buffet was AMAZING and continually stocked with a wide variety of food for even the pickiest eaters.

The hotel could be considered a little far from the city center for some travelers with limited services, shopping, and restaurants in the immediate area.

the rooom was very quiet, I slept very well even if on a busy street. the position is super central and confortable to go by foot everywhere. The staff was extremely helpful and always present when needed. they kept my luggage and I was able to work a couple of hours from the hall before my flight, even after checkout. It's a big hotel with plenty of space to wait. The breakfast was super good and with a lot of options. always 2 people at reception so check in and check out are super fast, which for me it's a big plus.

The room was quite small, if you are traveling alone select the double if you want more space. The shower could be updated.

As usual in a 4-star hotel: the bed is comfortable, the room is quiet, a mini fridge, a modern bathroom with towels and shower gel and shampoo. The staff are friendly. Great location 5 minutes walk from the historic center of Bratislava and there is also a supermarket in front of the hotel.

To improve I would say the breakfast. They have the usual buffet of fruit, slices of cake, cheese, eggs, sausages, pancakes, bread, milk, cereals, yogurts, etc. But still, the quality of some products could be better, as I was not impressed.

The property is amazing and is located centrally - close to the city centre with direct access to the tram and bus lines in very close vicinity. It’s about 1.4km from the train station if you want to walk but there is a direct bus that will drop you off 60-100m from the property. The staff is very nice, super helpful and very professional as well! The room I’d booked was clean with all required amenities - a kettle with tea and instant coffee, hair dryer in the washroom and even a study table and a chair. The breakfast is quite the spread too - they were by far the best meals in my entire journey. It’s a lavish spread with cheeses, meats, vegetables, pancakes, juices and even prosecco.

I can’t really think of anything other than the fact that there was no charging point near the bed. I used my power bank to charge my phone but you really shouldn’t be using your electronic devices before sleeping anyway.

Excellent location, 5 minutes from the center by foot, excellent breakfast, excellent garage which in my opinion costs a little more than it should, excellent staff.

I gave a rating of 9 only because of the worn-out furniture in the room and the hotel in general, the hotel really needs restoration, I think that a hotel with 4* and a very high rental price in the city center should invest more in the furniture of the hotel itself. Everything else was really great. I personally don't mind the old furniture, but due to the high price, I think it is correct to mention that detail.

It is great that hotel is close to the city centre. Also, room is clear, good, have everything you need. I would reccomend this hotel for stay.

Pillows are not good - is is time to replace it. During breakfast both days is missing bread, it takes too long to get bread, and chief of restaurant was not there. We wait both days more than 15 minutes. Parking is too expensive. Also we wanted to go to the spa - we could not find it easy - and it was full for all tree days -that could someone tell us earlier - by the booking so we could book it earlier.

- Great location for tourists, center is really close, there's a supermarket on the other side of the road, tram station very close - The hotel's parking is covered, right near the hotel; if you arrive in front of it, just go back 10-20m and there's the entrance; take the card and enter the hotel right from the parking, there's no need to go out in the street - Exceptional breakfast (7 a.m.) with so many possibilities to choose from, hot and cold, excellent desert, it exceeded our expectations - In the bathroom there is soap, moisturizing hand cream and shower gel; I didn't like the smell but I appreciated the intention

- In the bathroom, in the small basket with the hygiene kits, there was a small towel which was stained and probably turned upside down to look clean... not cool; even if I wasn't going to use that one, there were plenty other towels in the bathroom, the attention to details should be better - paid parking

The room was quite spacious, the bathroom was also spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was up to the level of a 4 star hotel. And the location of the hotel is really good, almost the very center of the city. The price for a room for the night is not small, but in this case we felt it was worth it

In the room, the rather bright light on the air conditioner was constantly blinking and could not be turned off. Because of that, we couldn't really sleep, so we had to wrap a tight t-shirt over the air conditioner. This part we didn't like so much:) Also there is a rather noisy street nearby, so take that into account as well
