Everything Vibe is something else Wine Lounge was sumptuous with exquisite choices. Fabrika Brewery was great, delightful staff and a fabulous range of beers. We are ‘Food People’, and never stay in the hotel for dinner, preferring to sample and savour the local eateries. This was the exception. Loved coming back in from our very busy days each late afternoon, to the warmth and cosy Junior Suite, with its comfortable beds, superlative decor, and spotlessly clean. The free mini bar and credit for the wine dispenser was a very nice touch. We arrived to a bottle of lovely wine chilling in the room for my husband’s 67th birthday. Class.

We loved this hotel. It was a fabulous experience from the start. All the staff are particularly nice. They made us feel very welcome. Our room was GORGEOUS! Really lovely linen and a comfortable bed. Very spacious and quiet. A nice and well equipped bathroom. The service and food in the restaurant was amazing. So much so, we ate there both nights. The staff could not have been more helpful and attentive, the food was REALLY GOOD. And the local wine! Great location. What's not to like!

Wi-fi in room was poor and kept dropping. We had 3G so not really an issue for us, but we were surprised it was that bad.

Everything was perfect: the hotel, the location, the staff, the size of the room and the size of the bed. The breakfasts were quite good, the coffee machine in the room was wonderful and more than compensated for the mediocre coffee in the restaurant. There is room service. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. The room was quiet nearly all the time. Wifi!!!! is the best, it was very important for me.

soundproofing((. on the last night some people moved into the neighbouring room and they were very noisy, slamming doors and walking along the corridor until 1am, unfortunately it was difficult to quiet them down. And when the neighbour in the next room was plugging the charger into the socket - the sound was as if he/she was doing it in my room)))) pillows are somehow lumpy

Almost everything! Comfortable and well designed room first of all, two venues for food/drinks on the ground floor, friendly and service minded staff, good location (quiet, but in short distance from downtown).

The breakfast was good, but not great; the selection could be a bit more exciting for such a quality hotel. Also, it would have been great with some fitness (gym) and relaxation facilities (sauna, pool, etc.).

Everything. Specially the friendly reception staff. They were all very helpful a special mention should go out to Greta for all her help. The room, its size and comfort as well as the large bathroom. The location. A short 12 minute walk into the centre of town yet easy access by car. The secure parking. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The breakfast food could have been warmer.

Beautiful historic property, tremendously maintained. We enjoyed the spacious and immaculate Deluxe Suite, w/ perks of Illy espresso machine in the room, and to my greatest delight, a wine cuvinet dispenser immediately outside of our door, and free mini-bar. The certainly know their clientele.😃 A bountiful breakfast buffet with high quality coffee completes the package. And to give credit, where credit is due, the staff, especially Dusan @ reception were all remarkable.

I was surprised and disappointed with a bit of a design flaw that made sleeping uncomfortable. They have great floor to ceiling blackout curtains, yet the flaw is, that that completely envelop the air conditioning unit, essentially covering it like a blanket, that completely restricts any air flow. Hopefully, their team will read this, and respond appropriately for such a fix, for all of their future guests. Fix that, and the property becomes perfect.

The Wilson Hotel is lovely. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and answered our questions, helped us with bookings for tours and anything else we asked them. Our room was fabulous, very large and well appointed. They keep the fridge stocked with complimentary cold drinks which was a treat when we came back from touring the city. We had an aperol spritz two days in a row in the courtyard of the hotel which is a lovely sun trap for a cool early spring day. We also ate in their restaurant for dinner one evening. We had asparagus risotto and cheese dumplings with bacon and onions (a Slovak staple recommended by friend with Slovakian ancestry), Both were very good and very filling. The bed was very comfortable.

Breakfast was a disappointment. I love having eggs for breakfast but couldn't eat these. They were too dry and too wet at the same time. The bacon was under done each morning. That said, the meats, cheeses and breads were very nice so we focused on those for our meal.

Welcoming and extremely comfortable. Comfy chairs, great coffee, free (well stocked) minibar and smart TV with Netflix in our room. Staff were super friendly, breakfast (and dinner) in the attached “pub” restaurant were very good (don’t be put off by the “pub” label. An easy walk to the old town. Very good value and very good PR for Slovakia. Well done to all the team.

Just be aware that a popular bar restaurant is at the hotel and there is a bit noise only during the early evening hours. With the double windows, you could not hear anything.

The staff were extremely helpful and well informed. The fact that the Fabrika Pub was downstairs serving great beer and lunch/dinner meals was a big plus. The room was clean and very large and spacious. The location was midway between the rail station and the old Bratislava town area.

The breakfast was very ordinary, but I suppose what one should expect in a pub facility. The furniture, fit-out, drapes, etc. were quite old school but in keeping with the Wilson Palace ambience.
