The reception staff were absolutely superb. We had been evacuated from a flood location and had to extend a number of days in an ad-hoc way. The staff always managed to keep us in the same room and were very helpful. A credit to Campanile. Unfortunately I don't have names but a couple of young ladies on reception (one was leaving), and Romanian/Polish guy were brilliant

Room and everything associated was good, unfortunately the bed was not the most comfortable for an extended stay. Minor issue but TV channel list would have been helpful for selecting what to watch, rather than lots of scrolling and info checking to see programs

I booked a room for my partner and I, and one for a friend. Our room was pretty good. My friend's room was of poor standard. I chose the hotel as I have stayed in others in the chain. The staff were very polite, professional and helpful. Our kettle wasn't working and a new one was found very quickly.

The rooms lacked basic welcome bits: bottles of water and biscuits, and also no glasses in the bathroom. These comments compare the hotel to the one in Leicester. My friend felt the room (#12) was smelling musty. There were cobwebs hanging from the ceiling, and there were small dents and holes in the walls. The corridor was littered with tissues and overall in need of some updating and TLC.

Friendly helpful reception staff. Nicely presented hotel. Reasonably spacious room, which was clean. Good free parking. Other staff at breakfast were also helpful and friendly. Reasonable value for money. This hotel was better than I remember when I stayed there previously. Lighting was reasonable. En-suite was a bath with shower over (my preference) and was clean and reasonable.

Breakfast was a buffet breakfast, which always has the downside of the food not being as hot as it should be. As breakfast was not busy, it would have been better cooked to order. No comfortable chairs in the bedroom. No drinking glasses in the bedroom. No hand towel in the bathroom. Complimentary tea and coffee were not generous, and certainly would have been insufficient for two guests.

The room was perfect for my husband who struggles with walking and the walk in shower was perfect for him. All the staff we met were very friendly. It was useful to have a kettle in the room but unfortunately there was not enough tea, coffee and milk and no decaf at all

Personally I do not like a soft bed but it was comfortable. The only thing annoying about the room was from another room who were constantly running water late at night. This is not something to complain about as it could happen to anyone. The breakfast was ok but some things were overcooked in the full breakfast. It was useful to have a kettle in the room but unfortunately there was not enough tea, coffee and milk and no decaf at all

The room was faultlessly clean, tidy and comfortable . The beds are very comfortable . The staff are friendly and helpful . The attractive breakfast lady was very efficient, patient, courteous, and efficient . Breakfast was to order and was cooked quickly and perfectly . There's a Harvester across the road with their usual fare, and a supermarket only four minutes on foot from the hotel reception . I can't fault this hotel . It's also conveniently situated on the M1, it's only ten minutes or so from the Navigation Inn restaurant, and it's a straight run to the Cotswolds.

The value for money was perfect. Would definitely return. The downstairs restaurant area was very clean and modernly presented. Free water upon arrival and a little drinking station for dogs if you have them. The gentlemen at reception upon arrival and checkout was extremely friendly! A real pleasure to deal with!

The rooms could be a bit cleaner, it was mostly okay but a few splat marks here and there when you look a bit closer. Also, I think floor mats for the bathroom should be provided as we had to lay a towel down due to it becoming quite wet and slippy!

Staff were excellent. Professional, motivated and eager to help. Room was very good. The cooked breakfast was basic but excellent quality. The parking was excellent. Bar facilities were very good, albeit a little pricey.

Room door and bathroom door 'overlapped' with each other, which was annoying, especially with a pet. The 'disabled facilities' room was good but some of the hanging rails etc. were too high for my wife, (the disabled' person). The breakfast was excellent, however not an open buffet, for the cooked breakfast, but an order what you want. The continental breakfast was limited. The room key needed re-energising after the first day.

Very friendly & welcoming staff, especially the first night. Very nice comfortable room with a bath that i had requested. Food was very good especially the Breakfast Value for money

There were only a few channels on the TV so restricted for entertainment in the evening. Not that it really bothered me but all the staff spoke to each other in a foreign language.

The staff are so helpful they always try and make your stay as relaxing as possible,the hotel is dog friendly and they are made to feel welcome as well I would recommend this hotel without hesitation

The hotel has a Tesla power station which is very busy, I have read so many times that they are fined as the car park is controlled by a parking company, I was made aware of this as they have posted signage all around the car park so you know you have to register your car at reception to avoid the fine, to rate the hotel 1 out of 10 because you didn’t register your car and received a fine is not the hotels problem so please rate the hotel and don’t listen to the Tesla ratings. Thank you again

Bar for a drink if you fancy. Extra pillows in drawer below wardrobe area. Upper floors have a bath, water was nice and hot so this was a bonus. Excellent Free Wifi. Tv with plenty of channels. Kettle in room and Nice Coffee. Bed was very comfortable. Staff were amazing. I don’t think Google reviews do this hotel justice as people who are not even staying in the hotel leaving 1/10 reviews. These are Tesla drivers complaining about the Tesla charging points in the car park and giving bad reviews based on electric costs and not realising you have to enter your car registration in the hotel reception for free parking and then getting a fine, even though this is clearly stated on signs in the car park, I saw them, I don’t drive a Tesla and it was very dark.

Continental Breakfast had few options. Cooked Breakfast option which isn’t included in your stay and costs a little extra wasn’t great and could definitely be better. They keep £50 deposit off your card to account for damages or add ons/extras etc and don’t return this for 3 days.
