I recently stayed at Lux apartments' property, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was spotless, well-furnished, and exactly as described in the listing. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated the attention to detail in every room. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy for us to cook meals when we wanted. The living room was cozy, with great natural light The location was perfect—situated in a quiet, charming neighborhood but still within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and public transportation. We were able to explore the city's main attractions easily. Jetmir was an amazing host, always quick to respond to any questions and offering great local recommendations. They made us feel welcome and ensured our stay was seamless from start to finish. Overall, I highly recommend staying here! Whether you're in town for business or leisure, this Airbnb has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The apartment was really big which is good for families. Having a place to park the car was really a plus because it's really hard to park in Pristina. Abusive parking is a thing in this city and you have to pay for parking your car everywhere. It looks like the building is new so the apartment has new facilities The wi-fi worked perfectly. The air conditioning is also a plus. The builing has an elevator which is good for those who have reduced mobility

The guy who made our check-in was not very friendly. Although the facilities are new but they already begin to demonstrate some problems. As for example, displaced electrical outlets, disengaging furniture, holes in the walls where there were hooks for towels, etc. But in general the apartment is good.

Quiet and with private parking. Apartment was as described on the listing. Bed was really comfortable, the entire apartment was spotless clean! Communication was also timely and personal, staff was friendly.

Edit to clarify: If you are going to have a friend stay longer than 5-10 minutes, even if they don't sleep over, better book for two. On arrival I made it clear my friend would be in the room with me for a while, as we had work meetings, but not sleep over. The staff afterwards claimed guests were allowed to stay 5-10min. That doesn’t quite add up with the clear signs they have posted in the rooms and lobby. My suggestion is to clearly state that guests shouldn't exceed a certain time (10-15-20 minutes), otherwise one should pay separately. Aside from that, the internet is not very reliable.

My stay at this apartment was absolutely wonderful! The rooms were spotlessly clean and very well-maintained, offering a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The apartment was fully equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay, and the layout was both modern and functional. Helpful and attentive hosts who spoke very good English and were willing to provide tips on visiting Prishtina. Modern apartment with lots of space in a relatively central location for great value. Quiet hallways allowing for a restful stay.

Though relatively central, the apartments are located in a poorly lit side street. We did not feel unsafe at any moment but this may be a problem for some. Finally, the bathroom lacked basic amenities, especially shower gel.

Location and the staff was great. Few mins away from the district of bars and restaurants. But the best thing is they have a private parking area which is really useful during the stay. Because finding a parking spot is quite challenging in Prishtina.

Property is quite new and has still some development areas. But they are manageable at the end.

Arrival & Check-In was very good, the rooms were very clean and cozy. Persons in charge were very careful, i.e. called taxi as no service on my phone was available. Airport Transfer available & reliable. Parking Slots available. Not very crowded Area but daily essentials are located nearby.

Very new building. Nicely decorated and spacious rooms. About 10 mins walk to main areas of interest. Jetmir, the receptionist, was very helpful and came to find us when the taxi driver got lost. Although the address was not that hard to find using google maps.

Hotel is located in a residential area with a huge building being constructed right opposite. This was not a problem for us but all rooms at front of hotel had a terrible view of scaffolding. The receptionist kindly upgraded our room to the back side with a slightly better view. Although we never felt unsafe at any point the walk to the centre was through dilapidated areas but again this was not a major issue. No options for breakfast nearby but plenty in the city centre. There are small supermarkets within 5 mins walk.

Super comfortable and luxurious apartment in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The staff is very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Parking is easy and safe behind the property. It’s an easy and comfortable walk to almost anything you want to see or do in Pristina. Highly recommended.

Perhaps a kettle and some extra kitchen equipments would be useful, although we managed just fine.

The apartment was clean, the bed was very comfortable so was the living room, everything was on point and the staff was very nice and respectful.

The parking entry was a tight space (My car is an SUV) so it could be different for other people, but the parking space overall is not bad.
