Excellent as usual, this is the place to be. The bed is wonderfully comfy, the room is perfect. A pleasure to stay here every time, since years!

Nothing to point out, no negative points at all. The hotel, the working people and the services are very good. Screw football/futsal teams staying there, but this is a fault of how those players live and behave, not a fault of the hotel or their working people - just carry good earplugs and those teams will exist no more ;-)

It is a pleasant 30-35 minute walk from chaotic Pristina Bus Station. The Hotel is in a remote-ish area but I am sure the area will be more built up in 5 years time. Very friendly staff..home from home..chatty and inviting!..The room was amazing and big..had an outdoor balcony!..Amazing Shower and lots of Hot Water. The Sauna and Steam Room were nice and complimentary. The Breakfast was standard with plenty to choose. I got a good deal so I was happy st 67 Euros BB;) The ALBI Shopping Mall was AMAZING and just 10 minutes walk away. Very Safe!..International Standards this Hotel is realistically is a 4 Star..not 5...I shook hands with the owner..VERY nice guy!..Nice to have a firm mattress!..Wifi hit and miss in bedroom..kept losing signal on 3rd Floor.

Hot Tub sadly not working..Steam Room could of been hotter..Sauna okay, not over bearing..Pool was coldish..For a 5 Star I would of expected Moisturiser and ear buds in room..was missed. Breakfast did not have any Smoked Salmon sadly..But did get a Cappachino if u asked. Breakfast was just okay..plentiful but not For 5 Stars, the Breakfast staff were that not formal enough as they were laughing and joking with each other..and some looking at phones...I don't mind. but not 5 Star Service.

Hotel is new, plenty of space in garage, employees speaking good english, room big clean and modern - the same with hotel, breakfast, good, etc

Spa was close 19h, and I did not seen it. This was very dissapointing as in all business hotels spa should be working 22h

The hotel is located a bit away from the city center, but it was fine for me, as I was there for a workshop held right at the hotel. If you want to get to city center - just ask the reception to call a cab. Have 5 euro notes ready to pay the drivers - the meter usually comes up to 3.50 or so, but I paid 5 euros and told the driver to keep the change. Overall, the hotel is good value for money: the breakfast was great, the room had a balcony with a very nice view, wifi works fine, bed was very comfortable. the big shopping mall is a short walk from there. Even found a nice bakery nearby, with fresh bread for 50 eurocents.

There is a lot of construction in the area - mostly residential buildings. There is not that much noise, but if you walk from the hotel to nearby shops or the mall, the air is quite dusty. The sidewalks are also broken. However, I found Pristina a very safe city overall.

The staff were great and kind, the hotel was brand new with new furniture, new beds, curtains, blankets and linens, hotel and it’s rooms were spacious and great. Spa and pool were great with sauna and steam. Breakfast was excellent. We had a room with balcony & city view so this was amazing too. The hotel is easy access to city and to all surrounding areas. It is good to mention that all were kind, especially spa lady was very kind and in the reception Monika was very kind and all staff honestly the barista and everybody were hospitable; don’t remember their names. In summary this is a recommended choice.

Exceptional service, great location, lovely staff, spotless clean, we loved everything about our stay here. The room was spacious, clean and beds are very comfortable. Also loved the spa and the pool, it was a lovely escape from the outside cold. Can't wait to be back.

This is the cleanest hotel I've ever been in. The employees are excellent and the hotel was able to hook me up with an excellent tour guide. I saw more of Kosovo than I ever imagined. I originally booked three nights but extended to six.

The gym is being overlooked. The best piece of equipment was broken and the temperature was 28.5 in the gym. Luckily, I brought my resistance bands with me. They should encourage people to take a soap shower before using the jacuzzi.

Staff were great, the room is comfortable and clean. Would stay here again. The shower was nice and the balcony was an added bonus. The hotel bar was good as well

the property was very clean tidy, good swimming pool, there is a gym that is sufficient for most things

there was nothing I didn’t like. if you have never been in this area it is convenient for the city. it’s a very short taxi ride into the city
