One of the best hotels not only in Prishtina but also in the region. Room and other facilities were very clean, fully completed, the staff was great and ready to help, breakfast was great and very rich, and the spa area is big enough and very well maintained. Price range is very good for what you are being offered. Will always return to this hotel everytime I visit Kosovo. Highly recommend for guests who are looking for attention to details and perfection.

Cannot say that there are things I didn't like but of course there are always things to suggest for improving or maintaining. For example, one of the blinds in our room was not fully closed in the middle, so a fraction of light was entering in the room. Also a mattress change should be considered in the future. Rather than these, everything else was perfect!

I had a great stay at this lovely hotel in the heart of Pristina. The staff working in the restaurant in the evening were amazing, and the lounge area is beautifully designed. The spa and swimming pool are some of the most impressive I’ve seen, offering a truly complete spa experience. The room was big and I appreciated the fact to have both still and sparkling water as complementary. The shower amenities smell amazing. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance to return to Pristina.

However, there are a few minor areas for improvement. Some tiles around the pool and the handrail need attention, as they were a bit damaged. Additionally, during breakfast, it would be helpful if the staff were more attentive to guests' needs. Lastly, I was surprised to find a mouse stick pad on my last day while packing. While I don’t believe there are mice in the hotel, it was unexpected and might have been left behind by a previous guest. Overall, a wonderful experience, but a few details could be addressed to make it perfect.

Property is stunning, totally luxurious! Staff are very helpful and professional! Breakfast selection was great and everything tasted fresh.

Although the property is luxurious and decorated well, it is like a scene from a period drama. I think they could make some modern touches to the decor. The swimming pool and jacuzzi needs to be warmer. I felt warmer sitting by the pool than I did in the jacuzzi. Also not all functions of the swimming pool with jets etc were working. For a five star hotel everything should be perfect, sadly it wasn’t. The electrics in our room were not working. Maintenance did come and fix it, took them 10 minutes fiddling with the fuse box. The toilet set wasn’t set correctly and also didn’t soft close. More toiletries should be available in the room.

Every comfort one could ever need/ desire (within reason!) was provided! Welcoming, meticulous and diligent staff..special kudos to both Ernesa and Erjona in reception for going that extra mile and responding to my endless questions but also to the kitchen and wellness staff for their attention and care! The hotel is situated in the centre of town and all the main attractions are in walking distance. I was thrilled to learn that the Wellness access was included in my booking. Definitely not to be missed; different types of saunas, ice bath, Turkish bath, jacuzzi, gym and a wonderful warm swimming pool with cold drinks provided. Breakfast was a little less exciting, especially lacking in choice,as usual, for vegetarians. Do yourself a favour too by visiting the sushi bar at least once!!

Too many beggars lingering in front of the hotel. Mini bar outrageously expensive….3€ for a tiny bottle of sparkling water, are we in Oslo or Pristina? Some 200m away there is a grocery store selling the same bottle for a little less than 1€!

The location is perfect for seeing Prishtina. The hotel, as a whole is really beautiful. My room had a beautiful view of the square. Also, it's really nice to have a wellness center in the hotel.

It took the hotel three days to respond to my request for ground transportation from the airport to the hotel. I didn't get a response until my day of travel. After searching and waiting for the driver at the Pristina airport, I finally called to ask where they were. They admitted they weren't coming and told me to take a taxi. That wasn't a good start. Once at the hotel, I did find the majority of the staff very nice and helpful. For me, the biggest problem was poor lighting in the bathroom of my room. It was so dark! I ended up setting my cosmetics on the ledge of the bedroom window and using natural light from the large window.

The room was great. Spacious and clean. Did stayed in a few other hotels and I think it is the best hotel in Pristina.

Staff sometimes lose the idea of 5-star service and attention to detail. When you are unsatisfied with the food (in my case, there was hair in the dish I ordered), or SPA service issue, or whatever goes wrong - they can still charge you at check out. Luckily my issue has been solved, thanks to the receptionist. But you need to be aware of the "try to charge anyway" attitude from restaurants and SPA. SPA facilities not fully functioning, and some saunas were not working, etc.

The hotel's prime location in Prishtina allowed for convenient exploration of the city's attractions and entertainment venues. The rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated, and equipped with modern amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay. The hotel's facilities exceeded my expectations. The spa provided a relaxing retreat, and the swimming pool was a refreshing oasis. Most impressive, however, was the exceptional service from the staff. From the moment I arrived, they were friendly and professional. Overall, the Swiss Diamond Hotel is an exceptional hotel. With its great location, fantastic facilities, and outstanding staff, I highly recommend it to fellow travelers.

I must mention that the hotel seemed a bit overpriced considering the other hotels in Prishtina. Additionally, I encountered some challenges when trying to book a meeting room for a short duration of one hour.

Great breakfast, very friendly staff and loved the extra turn down service with the chocolates in the afternoons. Everything in the spa worked great.

Sometimes the spa was a little cramped, it could use a few more chairs. I did not appreciate unattended children in the spa!!!! Especially a couple who dropped off their kids (loud) in the spa and disappeared into a private spa or something, As is typical in the Balkans, getting people to obey rules, like maintaining quiet in the spa is a challenge.

This is a 5 star hotel, worthy of every star. With lots of restaurants on board, pools indoor,jacuzzi, sauna, massage etc, Everything screems high end and class. It's great place to even just chill. Every room is with dedicated WiFi router where you can connect on the cable. Great place to check out Pristina, worth it's price. Also great place for conference and business meetings. Food is really good, and one of the restaurants serves high end dining experience, if you want to experience tastes. I didn't try so I can't really say if it's worth it, but just the possibility of it there is great

The 5-star hotel experience for a fraction of the price. This hotel was in a great location, had extremely helpful staff and overall was very fancy. The best breakfast in all of Kosovo. The pool and relaxation area were also great.

The food in the restaurant was on the expensive side, as to be expected (but was worth it).
