I don't know where to start, but I can say that I stayed in a dream room. Fabulous large fully equipped new room. The bed was very comfortable. The room has many facilities such as microwave oven, stove etc. like. Also, the reception staff are very respectful and friendly. They do everything to make your holiday a good one. The hotel's free airport transfer facility was a big factor in my choosing the hotel. As for breakfast, a delicious and full open buffet awaits you. My advice to those who read this review is to book the hotel right now and enjoy your holiday.

Very near to restaurants and shopping mall, good clean rooms Mr Ashraf from the hotel management super in guest relations and very hospitable

Front desk staff not properly trained and not clear on the rules. Also in todays world front desk staff should be bilingual knowing Arabic and English both.

breakfast was good my place need to be bigger. location is reachable and the place is clean . the food was varied for all tastes . staff of coffee shop very cooperative

the fitness center , need to have more facilities and more seta . bigger place will be better . TV screens need to updated with new models .

My stay was more than perfect, Mr.Ashraf ramadan was amazing in service and helping to check in and communicate through out the entire stay during my reservation. i applaud mr.ashraf for his experiance and service.

Nothing, everything was just perfect.

Location was good for us, not in the main city, but it was easy to drive to everything we wanted to see and do. The apartment we had was clean and had good standard kitchen equipment. Breakfast was good and the ingredients were fresh. Staff were attentive. Parking was good. The GM of the hotel was proactive and communition was great.

We had to ask for towels for the room. The AC motor was a bit loud.

Rooms are OK but furniture of big size are used which can be optimised for more space

nice big rooms with good seating area, ideal for guests who have work or leisure in Ahmadi Area. staff polite helpful, Abu Rayyan the General Manager super friendly and helpful guy.

very substandard breakfast especially tea and coffee should have more options, also guests should have more options in breakfast

Fantastic service. Spacious apartment and a very convenient location. The real place was so much nicer than the photos. The beach is only a few minutes walk.
