The location of the hotel is down a quiet road, very central and easy walking distance to everything. the room and bathroom was extremely clean. The manager Kevin was excellent, very informative and helpful, booking transport to the airport and giving information about the area.

Breakfast. Possibly the worst breakfast I have had during a month of traveling through Laos. I was told breakfast closed at 10, so at 9 I was there and the remaining 3 fried eggs in the serving dish had dried up and congealed, there were 2 ancient bananas left, the coffee was cold and awful. It seems there is no-one checking the buffet so I asked for replacement eggs and was brought some but breakfast really needs to be reviewed…or just don’t offer it at all!

Nice staff. Rooms are okay but Bathroom smells a bit. also they charge 3% for card payment and they have their own exchange rate if you pay using Lao Kip. Its like paying extra 20 usd. Not the same amount on booking.com

Excellent location in a quieter street close to the historic centre and a block away from the night market. Everything is in close distance like restaurants, cafes, the river etc. The staff at reception were amazing and very helpful. They helped organise tours , scooter rental and laundry for me. Breakfast was decent. The room was spacious and clean and had everything you needed. The pool was a great plus to take a dip and cool off, especially after walking around all day in the heat.

The room was clean and smelled good. The swimming pool was nice. The hotel itself looks really good. Location is great next to night market. Staff was very helpful. Internet worked well and bed was comfortable. Overall it was a good stay.

Pillows and bedsheets weren't bad, but need to be changed out as they were a bit worn. Cleaning staff didn't change/clean the coffee cups and bring new instant coffee when they cleaned the room. It wasn't a big deal for us but still one of those things you would expect.

Fantastic hotel in a great location right by the night market. This was great value for money considering the location and quality of the rooms and pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful, helping to organise our transport and trips. Breakfast was nice, with various options.

The water in the shower didn't get very warm. Please do not support and promote businesses that allow elephant riding. This is harmful for the animals and there seem to be alternative options in the area that do not allow it.

It exceeded my expectations in every aspect, leaving me with cherished memories and a genuine desire to return. For anyone seeking a blend of cultural immersion, and heartfelt hospitality, this hotel is an absolute gem.

The Pool is good, the rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast is ok and the location is great, really close to the night market. The staff is so friendly, polite and helpfull. And Kevin: you are great and so nice! :)

The only thing i missed was some coffee or tea in the room. Glasses and cooker are there already ;)

Spotlessly clean with a perfect location, this property offers an unforgettable experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the stunning river view added a serene touch to our stay. It's also very family-friendly, with thoughtful amenities for kids. The lobby serves high-quality coffee, and the swimming pool was a great spot to relax. The fantastic art gallery wall was a beautiful surprise, adding a touch of elegance to the entire space.

Comfortable room and big bed and nice modern bathroom with separate toilet. Nice quiet street within easy walking distance of the centre. Staff were very helpful. It was nice to have the pool.

Our room on the ground floor lacked privacy as it was next to the stairs and pool and opposite the hotel entrance. We kept the curtains closed most of the time.

Great location, 5 minute walk from the night market and main street of Luang Prabang. Pool is nice and cool, and importantly in the shade! Breakfast was fine - good if you had an early outing booked but otherwise I usually went out for breakfast. Room was a good size, with a fridge and shower/toilet + fresh towels daily. Very helpful staff! Very happy with my stay, would definitely stay again if visiting LP

Pool was pretty heavily chlorinated which gave it an odd smell. Breakfast could be better, but is definitely fine if you need a quick bite to eat before a day trip.
