The breakfast was really good, although they only served instant coffee. The hotel was very clean and the room was huge. The property was well maintained and in excellent condition.The staff were top notch. Affordable Laundry was done on site and delivered to my door. Air conditioning kept the room very cold.

A room safe/ lock box was listed as an amenity on Booking.com. The rooms did not have them, nor was the front desk able to lock up my valuables. If you don’t provide a service, then don’t advertise that you do.

We booked this hotel last minute after deciding not to stay at the hotel we'd previously booked (which was dirty and cramped), and we were very pleasantly surprised with the Opera Premier hotel. The rooms were spacious, beds very comfortable and nice and clean. The breakfast was excellent - generous servings and a good range of options. The location was pretty good, easy to walk to night markets etc, and quiet. Staff were nice, and helpful. Very good value for money compared with other places in Luang Prabang. Tip for families: the room above the reception is enormous (with 1 Queen bed and 2 large singles). Great option for those with kids, although note you may hear a little noise from the kitchen below when they start making the breakfasts from 630/7am-ish (but if you're an early riser, this shouldn't bother you!)

A great place to stay in The old quieter Luang prabang .Mr Louis ( Reciptionist )took care of us as his family . This place comes Highly Recommended , in fact , when we came back to Luang Prabang after visiting Elephant Conservation Center for some days .We stayed again straight away👍

Room 12: The room was cozy, clean and neat with a wooden floor. The huge bathroom with a good water pressure. The location is good, just a short walk away from the sights and in a save distance from the worst tourist crowd. The breakfast was good with different fresh fruits and it was served quickly. Cleaning happened on a daily basis.

It was the usual spring mattress instead of a foam mattress. Also as usual the windows don't keep out the noise. Luckily the street noise and the music dies down around 10 p.m.

The hotel is nice. The rooms are comfortable. The hot water shower is great and gets hot quickly with decent shower pressure and has a separate shower area from the rest of the bath. The TV hooked up to YouTube and Prime. The staff do a good job there. There's some mini-bar options. It's a pretty professional setup. Breakfast was fairly basic but was enough to keep you going for most of the day.

The price. Compared to other places I've been in South East Asia for the same quality it really was pricey and I don't think it was quite worth that price. It's peak season in January and February so that's why it was so pricey. I ended up paying it as I wanted to be able to relax in my own room. Also the air-conditioning in my room was quite noisy and leaked and there was a bit of road noise at times.

New hotel located in a quiet street..so it was very quiet at night..away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff was very kind to me..the Vietnamese gentleman I don't remember his name but he is a very classy person..you always find him smiling at the reception..my room was spacious and the bed was comfortable and the cleanliness in general was above expectations everything was good I really enjoyed my trip here...the breakfast was a good choice with eggs, sandwich and local fruits.

Nice, clean hotel in quiet and safe neighborhood. Friendly staff. Good location - walking distance from main street and night market. Good size room ! Not sure what else to say, everything was good ! Will stay there next time for sure.

Breakfast was really really basic. Is it there, yes, but very minimal. Even a glass of juice they serve almost half empty... Also not sure if there were even coffee. There is far better options in town for breakfast. After eating their breakfast I was going to town to eat real breakfast and have coffee someplace else, lol. Also one minor thing - one morning there was a smell from toilet pipes, I wish they have some kind of air freshener in toilet. I bought it myself and used there, heh. Prices in Laos will pleasantly surprise you, btw.

Ladies from reception were late to serve breakfast and seemed lazy in general. When we asked to do the laundry, they promised to do it the same day. In the evening, they said that the laundry is still wet, so we have to collect them tomorrow. As we were traveling for a long time we didn't have any clean clothes left, so I asked to collect the wet clothes and wanted to bring them for drying in another laundry service. After that, they brought the clothes completely dry - they were just too lazy to collect them at that moment.

It was new with wood materials, clean and the best it was the ventilation fan on the room.
