It provided us everything what you need for a weekend getaway

Spa area didn’t have complimentary water. Hallways leading to the rooms and room itself were a little bit “tired”.

💕Everything! Jurmala is the land of my youth. That's my loving background for appreciation. If in detail, then the room is spacious, clean and comfortable with wardrpbes, cabinets, shelves for clothes and things. Cosy slippers and bathrobes were just the thing. A lot of place in the bathroom 👍 The breakfast was plentiful and delicious 😋 And, an icing on the cake, the swimming pool with the sauna was very appealing and necessary for relaxation. My thankfulness 🤗

The heating system wasn't functioning. This was probably due to the transition of the central heating mode from summer to winter.

Excellent location. Pleanty of breakfast options. The SPA bar served very tasty cocktails at reasonable prices. Room price was also very good.

Overall the staff was welcoming, except for the guy doing the check-in, who was rather dismissive and uninformative: no info about the facilities, breakfast times or other options. Also the SPA temperature was a bit cold (the swimming area and the jacuzzi temperature). Check-in user journey was also a bit strange when at first the automated message asks for our details via Booking and then later they ask it again via HotelBuddy.

The location is just in the centre. The breakfast provides different meals: sausages, cereals, fruits, dairy products, herring, salad, potato, beans, buns, different types of juice, coffee, etc. There are many lifts which makes it comfortable to reach your room. The room-maids clean the room at about noon. The lockers in the spa zone are easy to use: the number is written on the bracelet you get before entering the spa.

The robe is not changed so one has to put on a wet one the next day:( There was no ice in the spa zone all three days. The main problem is that there is no safe in the room:(

We had an overnight stay as a couple. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the balcony had an amazing view. The location is perfect, right next to the main walking street with restaurants.There was also a parking lot for the car, which cost 5 euros per day. We visited the SPA on Friday evening, and it was quite full. There were many families with small children, and it very much depends whether this is the atmosphere you're looking for. But for the price it was good. The breakfast in the morning was buffet style. Classic hotel breakfast with wide selection (pancakes, pastries, egg meals, bacon, cereals, fruits, juices/tea/coffee). I would way anyone would find something for a morning meal.

It was quite cold in the room. We visited in a gloomy September day, so it could have been cozier indoors. I would have appreciated at least an instant coffee in the room, as there was only one tea package per person.

If you are going to use the Spa I can recommend it. As we ended up not going- it was probably not the best choice for us. The breakfast was the average buffet breakfast and the staff did a good job. cleaning tables and bringing new items. The staff was overall a plus pont here- especially the front desk was very helpful with any questions. It was also interesting that there were tv programs in German and English as well. The rooms were very quiet - even with construction going on across the street. The AC worked well and we loved our spacious room. No coffee machine in room.

This was my second visit after 10 years. I had good memories from my previous visit so expectations were relatively high. It didn't disappoint. First off, shout out to the helpful administrator guy who was very welcoming and offered us to upgrade to the freshly renovated 9th floor for a small extra charge. It really sets the mood if you have a such a nice person welcoming you to the hotel. Hopefully the hotel gives this man a raise. The room was really nice, tidy and fresh. Very good view. We went to have a lunch at the hotel's restaurant. Very good food with some "not that usual" options. Also thumbs up for the services in the restaurant! The spa itself was also nice and clean. Didn't have the "run down" feeling which I was expecting.

Guys you shouldn't use MDF skirting in the bathrooms, these things just won't last in places with water. Some features in the spa were not working. Please allow to use water with the heater in Finnish saunas.

Central location in Jurmala. Rooms are basic and in our opinion in need of modernization - did feel like 3* hotel. However, bed in the room was comfortable, wardrobe big enough, water pressure in the shower was excellent. Overall, bathroom was good. Room just felt so 90ties overall. Same can be said for the corridors outside the rooms. However, reception area, front desk and spa appearance was modern and fresh. SPA area although not too big was nice and we really enjoyed our time there. Breakfast in the restaurant was really tasty and of good quality. Staff were very polite and attentive. Location on the Jomas street offers plenty of choice for restaurants and bars as well as some shopping. We would stay in this hotel again.

There is a room for improvement..

Great location, very close to sea side. Beautiful hotel and awesome spa with great choices of saunas. Good breakfast choices and great service. You also need to try bar cocktails on the top floor - very delicious.

Everything was great except maybe some safety concerns about children and adults who were jumping into cold pool next to Russian saunas. Not many people might like the cold splashes of water and also this jumping might cause some injuries. Maybe some pool guard could be an option or some warning signs.

Our stay was a very good value for money. Professional staff at reception welcomed us and explained everything we needed to know about our stay. The beds were comfortable and the SPA area was very nice too, multiple sauna's and two different pools, we also enjoyed the pool bar, we had a couple of very delicious coctails there. Breakfast was nice too, multiple options to choose from. The hotel is located near multiple restaurants and is near the beach.

The hair dryer in our room was not working properly. It worked for about a minute and then it needed to "rest" to work again for another minute.
