Nice room, clean, decent size desk, perfect if you need do some work while you are traveling, comfortable bed. Breakfasts was good.

I felt kind of awkward the receptionist's attitude towards me duting the check in, she barely looked at me while she was talking to me (I usually don't expect people working in costumer service field to smile all the time, and give you a hug because they are not getting paid for that, but they should be trained to be professional and treat people with the minimun level of respect), her tone was somehow derogatory especially when she was handing my passport back because she literally threw it to me. I understand that sometimes you can feel overwhelmed with the job especially when you work in costumer service (I am a doctor, I work with people all the time), but that shouldn't limit you to give the standard level of respect to everyone at all the time.

We stayed in a 3-room apartment with 2 separate bedrooms at the end of December. The EuroPark parking lot was conveniently nearby, so we left our car there. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. The apartment was warm and spacious. There are many museums nearby, which was exactly what we were interested in. The Old Town is just a walk through the park. It takes about 25 minutes to walk to the Town Hall.

Overall, everything was great, but the blankets felt a bit narrow, and there was a strange smell in the apartment (possibly incense?). The breakfast juice was too diluted – almost like water – and the kids wouldn’t drink it.

Nice big room with fridge, kettle table and armchairs. Balcony. Breakfast. It was quiet (your couldn't hear people in the night). Hotel staff were polite and helpful with navigating bus tickets, ordering a taxi to the airport (it only cost €10 if you book and pay through the hotel), and keeping baggage after you've checked out. I would definitely stay again.

Room was a little dated but size and furniture was good. Although we didn't really hear any other noise, we knew people were returning upstairs till about 3am because we could hear the lift engine taking the lift up and down.

The hotel was a little out of the way, but it was a short (10 min) walk to the center and the old town. Breakfast was a good basic level, the breakfast area is quite crowded. We had a quiet room on the seventh floor. It was great that the electric car charging station was opposite the hotel, we stored our car overnight on the street.

Our room had a really strong floral smell (like perfume) which made us have to keep the window open throughout our stay. There was only one pillow per guest on the bed, which I think is quite a bit. The hotel was clean, but the room was quite old-fashioned. Wifi was terrible.

Loved the bathroom and the bed. The bed was really comfortable to sleep in. The bedroom was spacious and included a big and comfortable bathtub, bidé, big mirror on a wall and a smaller adjustable mirror for doing the make-up

Breakfast buffet felt crowded even with a little people in it due to how the food and beverage selection area is planned. The reception area seemed a bit cold.

Great location, lots of good restaurants in the neighborhood and only a short walk to the old town. I was able to check in early which is always an unexpected bonus. My room on the 7th floor was big with lots of light, there was a kettle to make tea/coffee. The bathroom looked brand new, and it had enough room for toiletries over the sink. There was also a lot of wardrobe space, enough to accommodate a longer stay. The staff were very attentive and friendly, they really do their best to make sure the guests enjoy their stay. Overall this hotel was great value for money, I would definitely stay again.

Breakfast sausages, buns and cakes were yummy, but maybe not the healthiest. I would have liked more fresh fruit.

Good Breakfast, staff was attentive from the breakfast restaurant as well as the Housekeeping department. Facilities were from an older era even though photos gave a slightly different impression, but overall, bed was comfy and everything does work. Location is great if you want to explore the Art Nouveau neighborhoor which is just less than 10mins walk away.

the safe didnt work, so the front desk staff gave a complimentary upgraded room with a working safe, as all other rooms are unavailable. So eveything was fixed and pleasant, thanks very much :-)

Very nice place, with friendly and nice staff. Great location in the heart of the Art Nouveau district, a short walk from the Old Town. The location, own parking space, cleanliness and spacious rooms are the biggest advantages of the hotel.

The only minus was the poor organization of breakfast. Due to the high occupancy of the hotel, there are not enough places at the tables in the breakfast room and you have to wait a long time for cutlery, dishes and food to be replenished.

We got a really great deal on the hotel and to be honest I had fairly low expectations - expected the room to be a little on the "tired" side. Everything turned out to be great and in a really good state (at least in the room and on the floor we got). We wanted to stay in the city center (as opposed to Old Town) for a change, and the location was great for that - right next to all the Art Nouveau buildings.

Pillows were on a bit of a tough side. The hotel's parking was full and we didn't get the spot there, but it turned out to be for the better as street parking is free on Sundays and holidays. So we ended up spending way less on parking than if we parked on the hotel's premises.

The quality of the hotel was good overall, and we were happy with the value for money. The staff was friendly, and we had no real complaints about the experience.

The location wasn't as good as we had hoped. Old town and the central market are quite a walk away. The breakfast had a lot of options, which was good, but the quality of the food was a bit lacking. Definitely not bad, but not fabulous either.
