There was a possibility to have a coffee or hot water from the same machine.

It was a dissapointment to byu a package of tea one glass for 2 Euro at the reception - too much way expensive and, most dissapointing that tea was produced and purchased form Russia - agressor country. Receptionist had a badge that the peson is from Ukraine, however, receptionist didn't speak Ukrainian. So he spoke Russian and English. I also heard a lot of Russion langayge around the hotel. I am not against any language Russian included, but during the agressive and fully unhuman Russia terror, usage of this langauge shall be limited.

Clean and good place for few nights stay

There is no coffee or tea in room, very small canteen for breakfast and when hotel is full there is no place to sit.

The location was good. Room was clean.

I asked for the slipper and they answered that they sell it for 3 EUR. On holidays breakfast time is different and they didn’t inform me beforehand, so I missed the breakfast on the last day of my stay.

All as expected from this hotel. Nothing special but ok for just sleeping. Parking is on site when there is any room left.

This exact room was very hot and we had to cool it down with opened windows and electric fan. I have been in VEF many times, but I have never been in room with such problem.

It was a decent hotel, nothing to complain about. The price is almost reasonable. Breakfast was OK—not anything special, but it was tasty, and the selection of food was good. In terms of transportation, there is direct public transport to the city center, but it can get quite crowded. Be prepared to stand on a packed bus for 20-30 minutes, which can be exhausting at times. I would recommend this hotel for short stays or business trips.

It was pretty cold in the room, and although we tried to turn on the heating, it didn’t work. To be fair, I didn’t ask the staff to fix it, as it wasn’t a critical issue. We also noticed some hair in the shower cabin, which was a bit unpleasant.

The breakfast is great. The staff courteous. When booking a room and driving over by car, one can register the vehicle at reception, to gain free parking for the duration of the stay. Cleanliness was good, the wifi strong and stable. The rooms and the lobby are heated - important for those winter months.

The hall was a tad noisy (caused by other guests). Once, the cleaning staff woke me up when vacuuming, by hitting the door with the vacuum by accident. Otherwise, All was well.

A good hotel with a great location, overall everything was fine. However, a volleyball or basketball team of 50+ girls yelling, laughing, and running from floor to floor created an unreal amount of noise and disturbance, which ultimately ruined the experience. It’s unclear why they couldn’t all be accommodated on a single floor. They kept running between rooms, shouting to each other from early morning and slamming doors, turning what could have been a relaxing stay into an annoyance, even though the hotel itself is absolutely fine.

Breakfast is perfect, good choice of delicious meals. Free parking is big advantage in Riga.

Sound insulation could be better.

Nice soft bad and excellent breakfast. Only 5 minutes walking distance from Melnā Piektdiena club.

On arrival was difficult to find where is the turn from Brīvības street to the hotel parking. Tip: the turn is next to the bus stop.
