The rooms are beautifully decorated, combining modern comfort with traditional Lebanese charm. My room was spacious & impeccably clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep after a day of sightseeing, also worth mentioning that the shower was amazing! The staff at Beit Toureef are truly outstanding. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout my stay, they went above and beyond to make me feel at home. They were always available to assist with any request, offering valuable local tips and recommendations. All in All absolutely 5 star,

I got extremely lucky to have found Beit Toureef for my stay upon arriving in Lebanon after a long time away. It was perfect in every sense. The rooms are exquisitely designed and impeccably clean, the team and the service are exceptional, and the host Sas was beyond welcoming and was kind enough to receive me and check me in at 4am! Beit Toureef supports local communities and projects and you will find the most interesting local products for every taste. They have an all day breakfast and beautiful roof top for your sunsets and evenings. Beit Toureef is the perfect epitome of the essence of Lebanese hospitality and heritage in the heart of Gemmayze. I recommend it for every local and tourist passing by.

From the moment I arrived, every single staff member I came into contact with during my stay made me feel extremely welcome and comfortable. The building itself was stunning, and my room was elegant and very clean - also, the wifi connection was strong and stable. The rooftop bar was a really cool space, and the barman even introduced me to Lebanese blue wine, which was delicious. The property owner happened to be on-site during my stay and told me a bit about the hotel's social enterprise and ethos - this alone makes me want to stay here again. I only wish I had more space in my luggage to bring home some of the local products on sale in reception. Thank you for a wonderful stay and I look forward to next time!

the hotel is really nice, near to everything in Beirut , staff was really good and professional - Cool atmosphere and decoration.

the room i got was quiet small comparing to the images posted on booking (i thought it would be more spacious) + the bathroom is completely open to the room which is not comfortable or practical at all (i mean if you poop the room will smell as there are no ventilations). I suggest they add a glazed wall just to keep it more private.

We had an incredible time in Beirut; we felt right at home in Beit Toureef. The owner was incredibly kind, waiting for us for over two hours late at night because our flight was delayed. The rooms are clean, lovely, and charming, and the location is the best, surrounded by cafes and delightful shops. Can't wait to come back!

We prefer the WC close or in a separate area, but we didn't have any issue with that.

A beautiful property with a great conscience, using profits to supports rural communities. Very comfortable bed and loves superior single room layout with modern shower in the room.

The communal space directly off the room is noisy when other visitors are there.. if they are considerate it’s no problem. I would stay again, and just take earplugs as I loved it

A beautiful little gem situated within a short walk to a vibrant street filled with restaurants and pubs. Within walking distance to shopping areas as well. The hotel is charming. You wake up to the homey smell of bread. The delicious breakfast reminds me of my late grandma's. Simply what I needed on this trip. A definite repeat for me.

Beautiful classic Lebanese village house! A wonderful way to experience authentic Lebanese culture and hospitality. Ideally located on Gemayzeh Street, it's centrally positioned and easy to reach.

The bathroom within the room has an open design, so if you're not comfortable using it while your partner is present, it might be a bit inconvenient.

The location is really handy right in the heart of Gemmeyzeh. The guesthouse is perfectly decorated with a lovely restaurant downstairs and cosy rooftop. The local products sold at the shop and used at the restaurant are delicious.

The rooms are not very well insulated so you can hear other guests come and go.
