The hotel is located two steps away from Pigeon Rocks, so if you are fun of seaside walks (like me :) ) this is a perfect place to stay. If you wish to walk or go by taxi, it's close to everything. Staff is very caring, and attentive to requests, helped me with the luggage at arrival and departure, especially wish to thank Nabeel, who was always on duty, fixing little things during my quite a long stay (altogether I stayed more than two weeks), also his English is very good, it was cool to chat at times. I stayed in the room with a sea view, it has two rooms (one dining room with a kitchenette, and a bedroom), so it was quite a joy to open the curtains in the morning and enjoy the sea, which had a different color every day. There was enough space for me, my big luggage, and space for my stuff. Breakfast was ok, with a major presence of many sorts of local cheese and yoghurt, some eggs, beans and veggies were available as well (I would increase vegetables, having that rich variety at the market). What is definitely important is the availability of electricity 24/7 (which is a problem in the country, but the system is set well, the generator is turning on whenever the main line is cut)

The stove was not connected, the kitchenette was one of my preferences, and I couldn't use it. Otherwise everything was good.

Special thanks to the most beautiful lady in the hotel, Faten. She always made my day, from before my friend’s wedding to before my flight. This lady, with her amazing and magical smile, made the best cocktail in Beirut and always brightened my day. Honestly, when you enter the hotel reception, you will meet Samar and Nabil, and you will feel comfortable immediately. They will take your luggage to your room directly. If you want a peaceful day by the pool with friends, Mohammad will prepare everything for you. If you are looking to enjoy your day with amazing drinks and cocktails, Faten will prepare the best drinks you will ever taste. A tower block in Rawsheh directly opposite the Ramada hotel which is nearly twice the price. just a two minute walk from sea front. Very clean,dust free, comfy beds spacious. And shower bathroom quiet modern plenty of marble. Staff were always helpful and service with a smile. This is above standard compared to similar priced hotels. Stay away from Charles hotel. Safe location very near pigeon rock the iconic rock formation. Taxi drivers outside Ali Bhatie Abu Ibraheem very good respectful

Poor WiFi seemed nearby buildings had password very slow and temperamental yet nearby hotel which gave me their password had very good WiFi. Nights a bit cold if go in February maybe I did not know how to operate ac but did ask a couple of times . No continental breakfast eg croissant but Ramada opposite allowed me to eat there and it was excellent so no real problem. Kings suite do Arab centric breakfast and that liked by their customers eg slices of meat. A bit of smoking smell was pervasive my room took a day of open window airing to clear.

The staff are amazing! Everyone was really kind and helpful. When there were issues, they were just tied to the situation (like tiny electricity glitches, lasts about 10 seconds, no big deal) everything else was really good. Samar at the reception, Mohammad at the night desk, and the rest of the reception team and well as the cleaning staff did an amazing job each time. The views are wonderful! And the location couldn’t be better. Will definitely stay here next time im in Beirut too.

I had an exceptional one-night stay at King Suites Hotel! The comfort of the room was impeccable, and I especially appreciated the high-quality bedding that ensured a great night's sleep. However, what truly stood out was the warm welcome from the staff. A big thank you to Samar Ahmad and Hussein for their kindness, as well as the entire team who were attentive and always ready to help. Their smiles and professionalism made all the difference. I highly recommend this hotel for a truly pleasant stay!

King suites hotel in beirut is an absolute gem! from the moment i stepped into the lobby i was greeted with warmth and proffessionale hospitality that set the tone for an incredible stay, The staff's attention to detail and their dedicatiom to ensuring a seamless experience was truly commendable. Moreover, the hotel's central location made it convenient to explore the vibrant city of beirut. It is in the heart of beirut close to all facilities, need 1 minute to reach the most famous tourist landmark in beirut " raouche's rock" and 5 minutes away from shopping mall. Rooms has all the essentials, very cozy, clean, and nice view from the balcony" sea view". Room service was excellent and food was very delicious. Actually i had an exceptional stay at this hotel.

I liked the room it was spacious, I do think the hotel needs renovation but for the price it was a very good value for money, staff are very attentive and immediately responds to requests. The breakfast is amazing. overall I was very happy with my stay.

I would recommend to have a menu in the room, for room service. I didn’t use any facilities in the hotel so I am not aware of the rest. The rooms needs an upgrade like smart TV’s and some cutlery like knife and fork and plates, since it has an oven and a sink inside the room.

The hotel is in a prime location . The staff are very helpful professionals, and they always try hard to satisfy their clients. Special thanks to samar in the front office, she is very professional and helpful. Also staff are well trained and know how to deal with different clients with different cultures. I will consider this hotel one of the first choices to stay on my next trip to Beirut.
