The location is very convenient. Bus stop is right outside the hotel and tram stops are less than 5 mins away. Walkable distance to center square, supermarkets and eateries. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They took the time to show us around the room and explained all the details. Rooms are cleaned and tidy. Kitchenette has all the utensils we need. Bathroom is big and spacious.

A phone in the room for travelers to make local calls so that IDD roaming costs will not be incurred. Any help outside of reception hours need to make via phone call. For overseas travelers, this will incur IDD and roaming call charges.

Without a doubt, this is the finest hotel I've ever experienced. My work trip to Luxembourg led me to this absolute gem. The location is simply perfect, with easy access to public transportation and the city center just around the corner. The room was incredibly well-designed, offering everything I needed and more. The breathtaking view, impeccable security, and pristine cleanliness added to the overall exceptional experience. I extend my sincerest gratitude to the friendly and helpful reception staff. Their willingness to accommodate our request for a high-floor room and early check-in was truly appreciated, especially after a long journey. Their kindness and generosity in providing a city map and valuable tourist tips were above and beyond. I couldn't be happier with my stay. Friendly & helpful staff who took time to explain everything. Lovely to have little snacks left in the room and the free filtered drinking water at reception is excellent. Very clean and cleaned well during my stay. Excellent location, 2 minute walk to shops, cafes, etc but didn’t hear a sound at night. Also a 2 minute walk from the bus stop which is so handy for the (free) airport bus. Honesty Bar is a nice touch. Bed very comfortable.

Needs a full length mirror in the room. My room had a balcony which you wouldn’t be using in winter but I noticed that it is a shared balcony with two other rooms which is a bit strange and would lack any privacy during the summer months.

Central, conveniently located. Attractive building, easy to find. Room was good size with lots of amenities and the bathroom especially was spotless. I really liked the 2 guys at reception, very friendly and helpful. Of them, I know the manager is Charles but I can’t remember the name of the fella who seemed more likely to be the receptionist. We had a great stay in Luxembourg, where we used to live many moons ago so thanks to the hotel Domus and all who sail with her!😁

I had requested a room with 2 single beds but the room was set up with a double. I booked thru rooms.ie and I think that request didn’t transfer across from the app to the hotel, as looking back the final hotel confirmation did not mention no. of beds. If I were to do this again I would call the Domus if any details were omitted from the hotel’s booking confirmation. In any case they happily facilitated this requirement in 10 mins . So not a dislike of the hotel but of Rooms.ie.

The room and everything, including the bathroom, are very clean. The kitchen also comes with complete kitchenware & utensils. Additionally, the receptionist is very friendly & informative. The hotel itself is in a very strategic location in the city centre, greatly accessible by tram & bus. There are a Proxy supermarket closeby as well as a department store, and also many cafes & restaurants. The hotel is only 10min from the train station, and 5-10min walk to several Christmas markets.

The price is close to a 4-star hotel but the location, cleanliness, and facilities are comparable.

This was an exceptional find. Accommodation in Luxembourg is not cheap, but since this is a studio apartment we were able to save on eating out for every meal. The location is metres away from the main bus and tram stop where the vast majority of lines pass through and just on the other side is the city centre. Staff were most helpful and give a guided tour of the property on arrival which I’d very useful as the reception has limited hours. Also although accommodation is not as reasonable in other cities, free transport throughout the country and the excellent value Luxembourg Card, does make for a reasonable city break when staying at this property.

The reception has a rather austere feel, but don’t let that put you off.

It could not have been a better location. Actually only minutes from the city centre. The idea of a self-catering studio is so useful, the facilities were so good, we had packed more than we needed to: hand wash, shower gel, washing up liquid (dish soap for you Americans), flannels, tissues were all provided, the list goes on... As advertised, there was microwave, kettle, toaster, hob, saucepans, crockery, glassware and cutlery more than we needed. The staff were rightly proud of their hotel and showed us where and how everything was without hurrying us.

A great find in Luxembourg. Barely a block from the trams and buses and close to old part of town. Not down in the Grund and a few tram stops from the train station. Public transport is free country wide. Bed comfy, staff very helpful, honor system for drinks and ice cold water available. We had a quiet room overlooking a little courtyard. Seemed to on the flight path but with windows shut, pretty quiet. Lovely shower and kitchenette. Washing machines and dryers available. Close to shopping centres, Grand Ducal palace and market squares. Parkland close by too. Really enjoyed Luxembourg.

Particularly liked the closeness to the city center and to the main station. There was a coffee machine and capsules in the room, free water whenever needed and a lot of extras in the bathroom and even a tiny sewing kit. The staff at reception was also very helpful and nice.

I didn’t like that I had to put down my credit card details. I already paid with booking so in my opinion, no need to further “register” them. It would also be great to have a little bottle of oil spray or something in the room since the pan is missing a non sticking coating. But overall everything you need is there.

The location is great - very close to pedestrian zone and the Golden Lady and Cathedral “Notre-Dame de Luxembourg”. The staff was very polite and helpful - we arrived after official check-in time and there was a guy, who waited for us at the reception desk and explained all the details. I loved the art athmosphere. The terrace on the 4-th flour is also very large - you can organize some cultural event like film screening for 50 people there .

Studios, looking towards the steet could be very noisy in the night - for about half an hour a truck from which they were loading a store had stopped close to the hotel.
