The location is perfect as it is located at walking distance from the the main train station, bus and tram stations. It made it easy for us to explore the city without any hassle. The room was very nice and clean, with modern decor, they also have a Nespresso coffee machine, which was very convenient. Also, there was a bottle of Moët and chocolates in my bedroom at arrival. Wifi reception is good in the room and they also have smart TV so one can enjoy watching Netflix or YouTube instead of local channels. The staff were extremely friendly and available 24x7. The breakfast is Overall good, as it is located in the centre so one can get a lot of options to eat outside. However in the morning you may find hard to get something to eat or you have to go to the main train station for breakfast which is expensive as compare to what you get here at that price. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Kazakiwi. The location, room, and service were all top-notch, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again in the future.

I found the room was bit small, very less walking space within the room. They also have chair in room but with the room size it was not comfortable to use the chair. Also and most important there is only one charging point, other points is either for TV or coffee machine, so if your having more then 2 phones you may need to carry your own extension wire as hotel won’t provide any extension wire. (I asked for one and being told they don’t have any)

Staff were fantastic right from check in to check out. The hotel room itself is small but adequate. The TV in the room had no signal so could not watch tv we did point this out however they stated they could move us but can’t guarantee the TV would be working there also so if you are traveling with children might be an issue Everyone was friendly. Only point to note is the street and the surrounding areas are not the most friendly or safe you have petty thieves who scan your body with there eyes as you walk by to see if they can snatch anything. Apart from this it was all fine I wouldn’t recommend for a lone female traveller not because of the hotel but for the location and the street it’s in

Excellent location near the main train station. Tram stop a short distance from the hotel to take you to the city centre which is only a couple of stops. Breakfast choices were good and the hotel left my husband a nice bottle of Cremant and a bar of chocolate for his birthday on check out day. Tea/coffee making facilities (Nespresso machine) in the room were good which you can replenish yourself from the trolley near reception.

The breakfast room was not sufficiently staffed and the lovely lone member of staff struggled to cope with clearing the tables and replenishing the food items. Guests need to be aware of the constant noise of aircraft taking off which seemed to stop approx 23:30 and restart approx 05:30, out of the hotels control of course so purchasing ear plugs might be a good idea if you’re a light sleeper.

The location was walkable to the old town but outside the most touristy area (which I prefer). My room was very clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. I liked the glass bottles full of still and sparkling water. The staff were very friendly. I requested a quiet room so they placed me at the back of the hotel, away from street noise. (I did hear a little noise from someone above me but it wasn't bad.)

My room was quite small. There was a shelving unit that would've added some valuable surfaces but it just wasn't configured well to be useful. I wouldn't say this was a good value for money in general, but I think it was probably a good value for Luxembourg, where things are pretty expensive.

Excellent location near the train station and public transport hub. Nespresso machine with range of coffees and teas, as well as free sparkling water. Good selection of plug sockets near bed. We looked on the google street view before going and saw construction work right outside earlier in 2024 which made us a little anxious but when we got there (September 2024) the construction had mostly moved along the road and the hotel was easily accessible. We arrived late at night several times and did not have any issues. We did not have breakfast.

Clean hotel, friendly staff. Modern and cosy decor.

The location was good, near the city center, but the back half of the hotel street goes into a weird neighborhood, you should make sure to go via Av de liberté and then turn to Rue de Strasbourg until the Hotel. I would recommend to avoid approaching the Rue de Strasbourg from the other end. The rooms are extremely small, as well as the common areas. It is OK for a short stay, but for longer stays there is not much room to spend your free time and rest.

The room was modern and impeccable. What I liked the most were (1) the bed & bedding (extremely comfortable), (2) the breakfast (fresh, healthy and savoury options, and excellent coffee), and (3) the shower. The location is very convenient a short walk from the train station. I appreciated the Nespresso coffee machine and beverage choices in the room, although I didn't get a chance to use it. The hotel felt like an oasis for a woman traveling alone, with lovely decor, very clean and safe.

Honestly, I found nothing to dislike, criticize, or suggest improvements upon. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

The design is top-notch, very pleasing. The whole hotel smells nice and everyone is incredibly friendly. Rooms are what you are expecting, super clean and welcoming. I‘d come back any time.

Staff was excellent and always co - operative for everything with a smile .. Breakfast was good at the price .. Location of the property was excellent , 2mins walk from the Luxembourg City Station & at close proximity to great food joints . Specially two excellent Indian Restaurants of Taj Mahal and Namaste in 30 Secs Walking . Room size was bit small at the price , since i chose to book the standard category , but the excellent service available at the hotel made up for it . If i ever come back , surely will be again by FIRST choice for stay .

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were very nice and the room was very clean! The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. The hotel is also very modern and it is very close to the train/bus station.

It can be a bit noisy for some people, for me it wasn't a problem and the hotel also provides free earplugs. The breakfast may benefit from a wider variety however it is still very good.
