Very modern hotel at the suburbs of the city of Luxemburg, in a very quiet neighbourhood. Bus stop at 100 meters, tram at 200. Easy access to the center of the city, and to the highway. Nice room, of satisfactory size, impecably clean, well equipped. Very comfortalbe beds. Minibar offering a few free beverages. Electric kettle. Good wardrobe. Quality personal care products Parking at the basement of the hotel Very good breakfast; nice variety very good quality.

The (really modern) glass walled shower, was litterally inside the bedroom. Impressive but not convenient. Ιf one guest showers, the other is bound to wake up. Not the best of organization of the services (cleaning lady in the room at 15:00 when we wanted to relax, not continuous food supply in the otherwise very good breakfast) The temperature in the breakfast room was so low you needed a jacket The parking is very expensive, if you stay in week days.

Location outside the city the center of Luxembourg but a busstop is nearby and with busses free of charge you are in the center in 10 minutes. The hotel is beautiful, room were clean and the beds were very good. Breakfast was good with enough choices.

The restaurant was not that good as we thought. There was no chef present during the evenings and the meals were prepared and made warm after ordering. Our main plates were cold or barely warm. Also there was barely a choice to choose from. (maybe because we were there between christmas and new year, but for a hotel like this and the price you pay for the food it was a bummer.)

Clean, spacious room, silent, easy to rest, we had good sleep every night,very comfortable bed. Interesting and smart interior design solution with shower separately and washtink also separately, toilette with own door. Breakfast very good, very tasty, a wide range of choice for every taste, a bit pricy, but acceptable The staff is friendly and helpful 😊 We tried the dinner option also, very decent quality and normal price, I can recommend. The location is a little bit outside of the center, but we chose this hotel after we have been scammed by another accomodation and we had no place to stay. You need 15-20 minutes by public transport to the Gare Central, which is free in Luxembourg. The busstops are 5-6 minutes to walk from the hotel. What I liked mostly at this hotel that always was a good smell when entering it, giving us quickly the feeling of cleanliness ☺️

clean rooms, nice modern looking interior, very friendly personel, good location even it is not center of the city but it takes 10-15 min by bus which goes often, free of charge and timely :) free minibar with non alkohol drinks, tasty breakfast, local beer (diekirch) in the hotel bar with very reasonable prices

there are couple things that are minor but could be clarified, improved 1) there was a little misleading instruction (in booking app) how to get to the hotel by trasport - it referred to other bus numbers rather than 18 which goes directly from the central station, thanx google map I found the way 2) there was no daily cleaning room service, my room was not cleaned though I stayed 2 nights there, wonder if I did something wrong and cancelled it 3) I didnt find hairdryer in the room :) 4) the curtains in the room are halftransparent so I couldnt get rid of strong spotlights from the neighbour building (or contruction work) all night long so there could be some sort of window blinds for rooms that have direct view on the neighbour building with spotlights

it's very close to the highway so ideally situated for a stopover. the bed was extremely comfortable, they were equipped to receive dogs (even though the extra fee is higher than other hotels with similar facilities). they have an inside parking that is locked so you don't need to unload the car.

breakfast had a lot of choices but the warm food wasn't properly heated (the pans were kept open so eggs, bacon, rosti and sausages were cold). I suggest they keep the pans closed to keep the food warm).

Clean room, with good sound proofing. Free minibar (still/sparkling water, lemon and orange mineral water and a fuse tea) every day refilled. Good selection and quality breakfast, however it’s the same every day. Gym has the basic equipment plus spinning bikes.

The receptionist was not able to activate my room card to be able to get in/out of the garage with the car, so I had to ring them all the time. Also, we wanted to pay for all the beverages we wrote to our room during dinner the day before we checked out, but the guy at the reception could not handle this (He said we paid everything, still next morning we had to pay again as he left out items) We took half-board (dinner: starter, main dish, dessert), at the dinner you had no options to choose, I’m not a sea-food guy, so when there was a day where the starter and the main dish was also fish, I was a bit disappointed. Side dish was all the time vegetables. Good quality, but I prefer some variety.

- Lovely, modern, spacious room. - Big, comfy bed. - Great shower. - Very pleasant reception staff. Big warm welcome (and goodbye) for me and my dog. - We have stayed at 6 or 7 hotels on our trip and this was the only one that offered water bowls and/or a dog bed. - Location is very handy for the motorway (which was great for us) and there is a very efficient and reliable bus just around the corner. - Wish we had stayed another night.

- You might need to put the lids down on the breakfast pots, as the scrambled egg was only lukewarm this morning.

The hotel is very clean. The staff is exceptionally friendly and going out of their way to help.

The hotel is in a quite distant location, away from any food and fun options, all of which need a car or bus ride. The hotel also gets quite noisy: while there are sound-protective windows and you hear almost no noise from the outside, the internal insulation is terrible and you hear people walking in the room above and next to you all the time. Overall, it is probably good for a few days business trip, if working with companies nearby, but the price/quality ratio is not too good for a longer stay.

For us the location was perfect because we had private business in the south of Luxembourg. The rooms are clean and silent although our romm was close to the old main road into Luxembourg. All the staff was always friendly and very helpful, they even organised a lunch for us although the Restaurant was already closed due to our arrival aftern14:30.

When I tried to charge my BEV for the second time, the wall box didn't work. All the staff was very helpful trying to solve the problem, but it was not possible to fix the wall box. Also the energy coast are high with € 0.928 per kWh. For a hotel of such size the underground parkink is quite small so that a reservation in advance is an absolute must. Also the price for the parking is quite high: 29 €

Steppin' into INNSIDE by Melia Luxembourg was like walking into a dream. The ambiance, as soothing as a prairie sunset, and the staff? They're the real deal. Treated me with the kind of care that'd make a cowboy feel like a king. Marta, she's a gem, always there to rustle up a taxi or make sure I'm enjoyin' my stay also recommended a nice lunch for me “risotto” And Barbara, she's as wonderful as a cool breeze on a hot summer day. Can't forget Paulo, recommended a wine so good it'd make a tumbleweed dance, and a special delicacy that still has me lickin' my lips. Their hospitality is something to write home about. Much obliged to 'em all!
