The property is under construction at the moment. The existing hotel is clean and the host is very welcoming and has a warm personality. The 2 nights that ww stayed the construction was not a bother. The restaurant is closed but we had a full breakfast delivered to our room by the hosted on an agreed time. The view from our balcony was amazing. I will like to return once the hotel is completed to enjoy the whole experience that the hotel has to offer.

On arrival at the hotel I was surprised to see the construction but once inside I was greeted by the most helpful and pleasant hostess

The hotel manager was very polite and generous, he welcomed us and even helped with the luggage. Breakfast was really good, and generally the staff was really kind. The room is really nice but small, and we did not get the one from the photos. But overall it was clean.

They are renovating at the moment, so there was a lot of noise and construction workers all over the place. From the balcony you can see the whole city but also a part of the hotel that is unfinished. The parking and generally the hotel are not easy to access because they are way up on a hill. And also it was a bit dark at night around the hotel, and kind of scary for someone who is coming for the first time.

The view, beautiful! Location: quiet, perfect after a day long sightseeing in the more busy parts of the city. It only takes max 10 minutes by taxi and not more than 4 euros to get to the city center&old bazaar. Breakfast was very decent, fresh and nice. Coffee, which was part of your stay at any given time (huge plus for me) was proper, nice coffee (and not dark water from general coffeemachines like most breakfast facilities at most hotels, including 5-star hotels). The people working there were super nice. The room and other facilities very clean and I loved the private balcony with the amazing view!

Due to renovation of part of the hotel, including restaurant, it was not possible to order food for lunch or dinner. But I would either eat before returning to the hotel or take out and enjoy it on my private balcony with the view! It did not hinder the full quality enjoyment of my stay at all. But just noting in case it is a dealbreaker for someone else.

It was my third stay at the hotel reason being that the rooms have a breathtaking view of Skopje's City Center beneath you. The hotel is on your way up to Mount Vodno at the bottom of the mountain so you will need to take a taxi to go the City Center which was no problem as taxis are quite cheap and reliable. The reception staff including the owner of the hotel are very friendly and helpful. I would certainly stay at the hotel should I visit North Macedonia again. Highly recommended!

Vladimir and his staff are really professional, helpful and friendly. They gave us some good advices and everything we requested was solved as soon as possible. Lovely people! The view from the hotel is just amazing, just come sooner than middle of november, since it can get a bit foggy!

Hotel is being renovated, but it did not affect our stay in any way and we were well informed by the hotel staff via booking.com messages. I am sure that the hotel will be even more nicer once it is finished. Hotel is located on a hill, aprox. 40 minutes of walk from the city center, so if you do not like walking much, consider getting a taxi (to which the staff will get you contact for).

I stayed on a Sunday and there was no construction work on this hotel but I imagine it would be quite annoying if I stayed during the week. The hotel let me know about the construction work before I arrived. This is just a heads up for people planning to stay here

The view from the rooms over night Skopje is breathtaking! The hotel is also brand new, so it feels comfortable and clean.

The hotel is not totally finished and construction work is ongoing right behind the walls, so if you need calmness and peace during the day, this might not be the best choice for you.

Great breakfast, amazing scenery that sees the city center from a panoramic perspective. Would definitely visit again to see how it is after the renovation that is currently being done. Amazing people working inside.

Rooms are too small, couldn't open the door if I had to open my luggage inside. Thankfully the team did their best to overcome this challenge. The internet connection in upper floors is really bad. Have to find a solution to that.

Superb Hotel ! In this cold and faceless times this Hotel stands out and provides service that makes you feel most welcome. 3 star Hotel with 5 stars service I would say. At my check in the girl at the reception informed me that they had some last minut cancelation so I was upgraded for free to a Deluxe room on the top floor. The view from there was mesmerising. I ordered some coffee to enjoy the view and it was free of charge. Such hospitality is beyond any expectations. Some renovation of the Hotel is in proces right now and the parking is a bit limited but the receptionist managed to find me a spot. Good breakfast , perfect bed and clean room, what more do you need ? Excellent Hotel and I will come back for sure to see what is the final result of the renovation in proces.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Perfect balance between price and value. Located on the hill,not so far from the centar, with clean room, stunning view from the terrace, most friendly and helpfull stuff. Breakfast was good and offered variety of choise. Beds are amazing. Part of the Hotel is under renovation and there is some work in progress now but it didn't bother me at all. The girls at the reception are always ready to help. As soon as I arrived I was instructed where to park. Can't wait to see the Hotel when it is done with the renovation. This was my second visit to this Hotel and for sure wont be my last. Perfect place to stay in Skopje !
