It is in Georgetown, near all the main streets, so easy to walk and find something to eat there. I stayed at the Room C. It is spacious more than what I saw in the picture. The bathroom is big. The provide free coffee and water. All's good!

The room is not sparkling clean but it is acceptable. A little musty mold smell.

Great location - closed to many tourist attractions & night street foods.

Noise from property fan on 1st night. Anyway, staff turn off immediately once we feedbacked.

Convenient accommodation to discover in a walking distance the famous street food and street art of Georgetown. Parking available. Room comfortable and clean. Water and coffee available for free.

Our room was a bit noisy in the evening. We think it was due to the very close restaurant.

Location is lovely, in middle of George Town and surrounded by new years fireworks! Very easy access to other attractions including bank street, surname bridges, and the Top. Close to beaches too (15min on grab). Room is clean, sort of spacious, able to open luggage’s and have some storage. I like the balcony the most and it’s plenty of space to hang clothes to dry. Also included iron and board for washing clothes. But only 1 chair for a room for four person is a bit too few.

No lift, need to lift luggage by self. Only provide coffee o kosong and no other choices, drinking water need to get down stairs by self and walk upstairs which is a bit inconvenient. May be because of high flu season the staff put an ozone machine in front of our door and it smells like swimming pool all the time.

The location was the best. Near to food, bars, and cafes

The bed and pillows were worn out and They could have provided a better mattress and the bed sheet has stains too. The toilet roll was not replaced in time.

The room was cute and was a decent size. The small patio was nice. Most importantly, the suite was in the old town which made everything accessible; there was even a CAT bus stop to and from the ferry for free!

This has nothing to do with the property, but more the street food. Please know that in order to sit at a table, you need to buy a drink. I would recommend Kimberly Street food which is just behind the hotel. They were way more respectful than the main one people go to. Everything was really within walking distance.

No issues with food as there are many stalls/eateries around within walking distance. If you want more choices, then you can always take the free bus which stops about less than 50 meters from the hotel. The only thing about this place was it was a bit difficult to spot and no lifts were available. The room was a bit small but very clean and comfortable. All appliances worked well. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Will stay here again on my next visit

No issues but staffs can improve on their knowledge about interesting places to see and how to get there. Perhaps can provide map of the island with bus number/routes at the premises to hand out to patrons. Any how , we managed to get one from the tourism office some distance away.

The room turned out to be better than in the picture. With a spirit of antiquity, but very modern and equipped. There was even an iron and ironing board. Excellent staff who help with personal issues, there is water with a cooler near the reception and you can get as much as you need. Very close to all major attractions. What's not to like here?

Well, except for the lack of a window. Of course, there is one, and it opens onto the courtyard, but this room is not ventilated - there is a glass roof at the top of the courtyard.

The location is perfect. Walking distance from all tourist spots and the street art of Geroge Town. There are lots of restaurant options and three huge malls nearby. All walking distance. The jetty is just a 5-minute Grab ride for RM 5/6.

There are no elevators, so one has to climb one staircase to go to the rooms upstairs. This should have been mentioned in the hotel's descriptions, as it is difficult for older people and people with disabilities. The sheets were not super clean, and I am not sure if they changed them in the 4 nights of our stay.

Would rate 9/10 overall. Everything is perfect! The clean and comfortable room, the staffs, the environment. Provide private parking lot for guest. Definitely will come again! There are restaurants and food nearby. I would say this is more suitable for couples/partner, single traveller instead of family with baby or child (because this hotel has very limited space).

The room is a bit small. And the alley to the parking lot behind is very small so have to be very very careful.
