Great value overall. Very nicely renovated and great location for getting around Georgetown. The room was spacious and with very comfortable beds. Breakfast was simple, but did the job. If you're driving, the hotel has off-street parking.

The only downside was the noise from the karaoke-style food court across the street. If you're a light sleeper, don't expect to get to sleep before midnight!

The receptionist could be more friendly. Please check room no 107. The water clogging in shower area is too bad. Then we shifted to 106 and the hot water doesn’t work. And finally upgraded to 117. And there is no problem there. It was kinda frustrating that we have to go through that after a long tiring day.

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Strategic location too. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank youu

So much good about this hotel from the minute you walk in; excellent staff, excellent large room, private parking, good location. Would definitely stay here again!

Only negative, you can hear Karaoke from a large bar on the opposite side of the road until close to midnight.

1. Facilities are limited, no swimming pool 2. Parking bays are limited within the hotel compound and it’s not covered 3. Breakfast is mediocre and staff don’t auto refill 4. Aircond of the room needs immediate service. 5. The rooms located at the back of hotel all without view at all.

Parking lot is available right in front of the hotel; no stairs to enter the hotel. VERY convenient when travelling with my aging parents, one with a wheelchair the other with osteoarthritis. The welcome drinks are a plus! The room are of a good size, good bed n matress, good water pressure. Quiet by 11. Location is good.

The normal arrangement is that normally a bellboy will come with a trolley. This particular person when asked if he has a luggage trolly (to make it easier for him) made such facial gesture as if I am asking for the moon instead and huffingly took out general trolly to the door, left it there..walk over to the car and carry all the bags to the rooms himself. IF he had told me there is no luggage trolley I would understand just don't make gestures. I am tired enough of driving to get to the hotel and in no mood to receive such attitude . Not a good idea to put him directly with the patrons. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly.

The room is clean and comfortable, everything looks new, which is fantastic. We got upgraded to a better room, love the sunlight, bathroom is well designed despite its cosy square footage. Breakfast was a good spread albeit simple, and I appreciate the parking facility, warm reception and service, and the incredible location! Walking distance to main sights and excellent food haunts, and the hotel is also located right across the iconic Blue Mansion.

There's a food court across the road from the hotel that has performers singing live in the evenings. The music can be heard clearly from my room, but thankfully the singers were good. They'd stop by midnight. There's also incessant construction going on during the day, which doesn't bother me. I'd appreciate a refillable water station instead of 2 tiny bottles of water in the room though - for better hydration and reduce plastic waste. The bed was also a little too short for us.

I had a pleasant stay in leith on our visit to Penang. The room was spacious and clean plus had all the amenities. The staff is friendly and welcoming too. There is a breakfast buffet from 7.30 to 10.30 and it was pretty decent and tasty. Their restaurant food is also delicious. The location is great for touring around because some of the famous attractions like penang street art located nearby. There is huge food stall located in-front of the hotel which comes to live at night. There’s some singing going on there at night buy honestly it wasn’t that loud. Also there is a small mart nearby to buy small items like water, snacks etc. Overall I had a great stay here. This would be my first accommodation choice if I ever visit penang again.

I like the whole decor and the ambiance of the hotel. Very cozy yet colourful. Love the tiles laid out. The room is spacious with comfy beds. There's a history and background of the hotel on one of the walls which makes a good read. We get welcome drinks which can be redeemed once during our stay. Also free afternoon tea for the 3 days that we stayed there. The staff are friendly and helpful. Many eateries around the area, which is great 👌. However, the hotel is facing a bunch of hawker stalls which are active during the night. Also got karaoke performance.

Could use better breakfast spread.
