The room is large and very comfortable. I love the bathtub, it is huge and they give u 2 bath bomb. The bed is big with comfortable pillows. The hotel itself is situated at a good location with a lot of food around and also easy to get to all the museums. Staff were friendly.

Every night you will be hearing music's from the bars nearby or downstairs. There is no kettle in the room, you need to go out to the kitchen area and make ur coffee or tea, a bit of inconvenient. Ironing board and iron is also provided but outside of your room. So u need to take it them when needed.

Great renovated Hotel, quaint and very clean. great area the roof top terrace the Jacuzi (not a pool) very clean and great Fantastic location ....as it is on Chulia street can be a little noisy but the triple glazing really works. ! we will come back here in aheart beat , free parking across the street at the Chulia Mansion (same owners) What a wonderful place at less than 260 RM per night.

You need a (cheap) Microwave in the Kitchen area.....and thst's all

The employees were very kind and amible. From asking us in advance about personal requests to organizing spontaneous transports they were helpful and uncomplicated. The rooms were lovingly furnished and the establishment was very clean. We especially enjoyed their little roof top retreat, though were many other comfortable little corners to relax. The location was spot on, being in the middle of several bars and clubs to hang out at night and at the same time not far from little india or the chinese neighbourhood. The bus station was just outside the door, so travelling to places further away was easy. Will definitely come back here.

They upgraded us to a larger room. It was so spacious, modern, clean and beautiful art work. Best of all the air con was on point!!!!! The location is the best in Georgetown. Only a few short steps from Love Lane and speakeasy bars/cafes. But not too close so great night sleep with no noise issues.

The location was great and very convenient to the local bars and restaurants. The suite was spacious and had high ceilings.

The toilet was see through visible to the shower and sink as well was the room. The painted glass wasn’t enough to cover. The roof top pool was small and felt falsely advertised from the pictures on line. No restaurant or bar as mentioned online.

Absolutely love the location! It's walking distance to lots of good local eats, and has 24-hour convenience store and ATM just a few steps away. Love that the place is well kept, check-in and check-out was so fuss free.

The "pool" is the biggest misrepresentation. It is literally a jacuzzi-sized water body, probably only a toddler would deem it a pool. It would also be great if the alfresco dining / work area has plug points.

the staying environment is very comfortable and really able to enjoy here.. All facilities are good to use. i like the design for the room layout. all staffs are friendly and willing to provide best services. They greets you when they meet you which is so surprising. High security because the door password will be given to those stay in only. The door is locked always. We do not need to worry anyone will be entering there. Highly recommended.

the tv unable to access internet, but staff there already try their best to solve, and giving something in return, which i think their service is good. mosquitoes fly around, but we manage to 'kill' them, maybe can spray around before guest stay-in If we back to hotel, we might worry for the parking area as it is public parking. Overall is good to stay.

1. The location is ideal right in the center of Georgetown close to eateries and attractions 2. The hotel facilities are homely with ample of freedom accessing to kitchen, dining hall, drinking corner with reasonably good view

1. The aircon noise was terrible 2. The security is of a concern as no one is available at night. 3. Cleanliness is ok but can be improved.

The hotel is located on Chulia St., which is close to a lot of popular restaurants and attractions in Georgetown. There's also a bus stop nearby, which makes it easy to get around the area. The room was clean and comfy and also has a smart tv, which makes it a nice retreat to relax after a long day out. There's a common area where you can eat your carryout food. Wifi is also good.

Street noise and adjoining room noise. Very loud noise from neighbours using simple items such as hairdryers. Room wall, connecting doors and windows need to be improved to improve silence.
