The location is good, easy access to town centre etc, room is very spacious with king sized bed, Although facing the main road, traffic sound is very minimal. Can't talk about food as ate out. Good toiletries and towel provided.

The only hotel I have seen that does not prioritise nor ensure guest have proper parking. Hotel was full and basement parking cordoned off for umno members, sorry do they meet everyday that they need so many bays blocked off permanently whilst guests, paying guests struggle to find parking inside the basement which is poorly lit and poorly maintained with puddles of water and debris lying around. Parking outside bays your subjected to summons from majlis bandaraya perak especially on week days and The lifts in the nain Lobby also poorly maintained. Extreme left lift the numbers are not visible, no 8 looks like a 2. Very confusing. Hotel claims parking in basement is safe, yet I did not feel safe in a poorly lit basement parking.

The hotel has been around for a while but it looks refurbished. Parking is easy. Check in & out is fast even during holiday weekends. The staff are friendly and very helpful. They went out their way to help us when we were looking for a missing item that we accidently dropped at the lobby area. The staff also took their time to chat with us esp at the lobby door. The room is spacious for 2 adults and 2 kids. The room and toilet is clean.

I wish the breakfast spread has more varieties of western and local cuisine. We were in level 9 and the water pressure was quite low so it takes longer to shower.

Ur staf tonite very humble.. But ur staf management daytime very annoying. Today, i wake up lately after 12pm, then one staf call from receptionist at 12.30pm..when i getting ready, 2nd staf call agains at 1pm. Then after that, coming one staf knock my room door to checking i ready to check out or not. I tell that, ur management so bad. Ur guest no problem to pay extra charge, but dun disturb ur guest like that.. Very annoying!!! Please dont do that to ur guest like that again!!! Respect ur guest. One more, ur staf not good communication when speak with guest (no eye contact). Please make sure ur staf be a good attitude coz ur hotel like a 5star⭐.. Ur hotel the best facilities👍 Dun downgrade ur hotel coz about that.. Be alert!!!!!

I stayed here with my family in a Deluxe King room with an additional bed. The room was clean and fully equipped with all the necessities. The pool was also suitable for kids. Breakfast had a variety of options and was delicious.

Nothing extraordinary that surpassed expectations. Considering the price and star rating, perhaps they could consider adding slides or creating a small theme park-like experience for kids at the pool area, for example

The hotel is a typical 4 star hotel. The bathrooms are recently renovated. Furnitures are a bit old but looks good and clean. Staff are friendly.

The parking is horrible, especially the basement parking. Very limited, and really grotty. There is no direct lift access from the parking to the hotel. Outside parking is terrible too. I received a parking ticket at 8.25am in the morning since i didn't pay the city council parking. Air con is very very cold. Make sure you switch it off before you sleep otherwise you will freeze in the middle of the night.

Spacious room, location is so near to attraction places, i like all the sambal during breakfast buffet, so delicious!

Free parking lot in front of the hotel is quite limited, have to park at basement but if park at the basement, there is no elevator from basement parking to hotel lobby. Need to use staircase. Would be good if in future, there is connected elevator from basement parking to hotel lobby.

Location is a great , nice hotel, from hotel 5 mins away, there has a traditonal nice Chinese breakfast restaurant.

The swimming pool was great to escape from the heat. When I stay, there is construction going g on next door. It was a bit noisy

The receptionist when check in ( middle age man), so politely and he give us very good services. Explaining everything. The food during breakfast is good and has variety of choice.👍

Overall ok except the person, cafe manager I think, during breakfast, not friendly and keep looking at us like we do something wrong🤭. We not stay and eat for free😂.
