The property is located in front of Gunung Rapat, where most of Ipoh's limestone caves/temples are, making it incredibly convenient. It is also close to commercial centres where you can find places to eat. As for the hotel itself, it has free parking both outside and within the premises. The rooms (and their toilets) are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a mix of continental/local, not much variety but sufficient to prepare you for a day's out. The room rates were an incredible value for money.

The WiFi provided had a bad connection and was practically unusable. The bedroom's plug points were also located in odd spots in the room.

Friendly staff, have voucher for ala cart dinner(rm10), have free hi tea @4pm, and we are request for early check in @2pm(1 hours early)..and hotel is allowed without any extra charge. Worth it and we are satisfied with this hotel😊👍

The lamp is so dim n less plug socket for plug in (hp charger)

The room is clean and comfortable, there are 2 bathrooms in a room. Super Big mirror. The breakfast is good, not many varieties of dishes. Just ok. The shower is good with excellent pressure. There are a central modern-style switch for all the lamps in the room. And modern-style aircond controller too. Overall is good and excellent.

The lighting in the room is quite dark, feel uncomfortable to do office work. There are limited plug. Only 1 beside the TV. The TV channel is not clear and limited. But there are offers for additional movie channel too.

The bed was super comfy, i didnt wake up at all at night for 2 days in a row which is quite unusual. And the room temp. can be set up to the desired level easily. Staff was very friendly and helpful, trying to meet all request as much as they can. Location was ok, easy to go anywhere around. Parking is sufficient, if not enough can park at the lot adjacent to it.

The window facing behind of the hotel looking at garbage area. The tv channel selection is quite limited, but still not too bad. The breakfast spread was quitw limited too, but the one available tasted OK.

I love this hotel because the hotel provides a Kiblat Sign for Muslim guests. It's clean, spacious, and has two toilets. It has one bathroom and a mini kitchen with a sink. It's very comfortable.

The price is a bit pricey. The refill service for dine-in food is very slow, especially when it comes to milk for cereal and condiments for nasi lemak. I stayed for two days, and it was the same throughout. The staff didn't refill quickly. There isn't much variety in the food. The food is always the same, and the presentation of the food is old-fashioned.

I stayed for 2 night. I been allowed for early check in., Buffet breakfast was good. Although there is lack in variety, but the taste of the food was good. I enjoyed the the tarik. The hotel also provide complementary evening tea for 1 time. Room service was great as well.

Everything was good just the access card given was only 1, need to request for extra card and need to put the deposit for the card.

The room was clean and cosy. The view was very nice. The complimentary breakfast did exceed my expectations for its variety of foods offered. It was really delicious.

The price defers from what i booked at Booking.com then the actual price I paid at the Hotel. If can, please let us pay directly to Booking.com rather than no options given for payment but to pay at the hotel only.

I like their customer service. Providing Cust welcome drink and tea time snack. Great effort.

Pillow too soft, unable to sleep well. Cleanliness needs to be improved. The moment I complained, they immediately took action. Breakfast can be improved especially adding some nice cakes and desserts since it's Christmas 🎄..

Not my first stay with them, and also won't be my last. Check in process was smooth and they allowed cyclists to bring their bicycles up to their rooms with them, due to the longstanding relationship with DRCC Cameron. I chose the room without their breakfast set and was given a room on the 4th floor corridor even though I asked for a quiet room, but it's not a dealbreaker. Room itself was spacious and large, with the bed comfortable and amenities sufficient. Wifi was good though slightly patchy and some areas of the room do not have signals. Staff were helpful and friendly, and helped keep the bags after check out, and even allowed late check out.

Well, Symphony Suites isn't near the centre of Ipoh, so location is an issue, but grab is easily accessible everywhere in Malaysia. Other than that, they do not replenish water daily and will ask if you are checking out when you ask them for water. Nothing much in the area surrounding the hotel, with many eateries and restaurants closed down due to the pandemic, but this is no fault of the hotel.

i book Premier Family room love how the room looks simple but yet so comfy, the best part the room is facing beautiful cave . Pillow so soft and I loved how spacious the bathroom in the master bedroom ,honestly can make another room in there :) Breakfast is average but taste good especially rendang for nasi lemak and teh tarik . Kudos to staff. Nearby attraction 15-20 minutes by car - Nasi Ganja - Night Market Ipoh - heritage gallery (22 hale street) and many more Recommended and satisfied for this room
