I had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—close to everything I needed, making it very convenient to explore the area. The room was spotless and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend this place!

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely perfect! The location was convenient, and the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Everything exceeded our expectations, and there was nothing we didn't like during our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

1. There's parking available right infront of the Hotel (There're many parking spots so not to worry) 2. There's a small lift but it's good, fits well. 3. Cleanliness overall its good. 4. The suite was spacious, my kids loved the jacuzzi. Bed was clean. I requested extra pillows and they sent it immediately. 5. There's hot water but you gotta wait awhile for it. Not a problem actually. Understandable, it's centralised. 6. Surrounding area is a food haven. Basically everything is just within walking distance. 7. Staffs are friendly. Answered my all questions. 8. Very easy and short time check in and out. 9. Didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on that. 10. Affordable 11. Suitable for family with kids. 12. There're towels and basic toiletries. 13. Iron and ironing board available 14. Mini fridge and a sink in their little pantry. I hope this helps for those who needs a thorough review of this Hotel. I do not have anything I didn't like.

The location is strategic and surrounded by eateries and a mall [got Aeon big supermarket on the top floor] within short walking distance. There are 2 pharmacies nearby. It is easy to call for Grab car at the location. A bit heavy traffic during peak hours.

When first entered the room, there is this smell [mildew smell may be] in the bathroom. I think may be is from the floor drainage. The hot shower is not consistently warm/hot. The jacuzzi in the bathroom is not functioning.

The room is big enough for a family of four. The bathtub had massage function which is unusual for a budget hotel like this. The towels provided are well wrapped in plastic bag, which is good, though the towels are a bit old. The location is great for lots of good food and entertainment. Overall, it is value for money.

The toilet design can be improved. The entire bathroom flooring is wet once a person showered, making it dangerous for mum. The jacuzzi bath tub too high for my mum, maybe a stool is good. More pieces of floor mat to dry up flooring would be ideal. if can hv shower screen is even ideal to separate wet n dry zone.

The hotel location, nearby food, Mart, Theme Park.

The jacuzzi is not working, yet the tub was not properly cleaned. The tub still got all kinds of 'hair'. The room air-cond not cool enough, I've to bring my own fan to go thru the night.

The room is spacious and there's big bath tub, my kids like it.

The aircond not strong enough for the room. Luckily we brought our own fan. Then only can survive the night lol.

Booked superior suite with spa bath. Is a big room for family. Very good location, surrounding by many eateries and walking distance to Sutera Mall.

Lack of Netflix, poor TV reception. mattress and pillow covera doesn’t seem to change new set! Hotel interior looks old.

Place and Enviroment was awesome with lots of shops and additional with near to Mall.. Room was tidy and clean with fragrance..

Not to say didn't like but need to advise.. When we check in..got 1 girl staff who arrange procedure of check in and register.. She was looking so moody and not in mood.. Just an advise,the management pls tcare your staff since im from hospitality management site..

The service and the hotel is very clean and spacious!! I would highly recommend everyone to bring their families to stay here!!!

Nothing that I don't like because it's too perfect!
