Very impressed with the 24hr staff who served us even though our family reached very late (after midnight 1am); he addressed my husband by his name so politely 😀 The family room we were allocated was so spacious and clean, simple like muji style.. Very clean, comfortable beds and pillows n 4 towels/toothbush sets.. Appreciate☺️☺️ Simple hot breakfast provided from 8am onwards, with bread/eggs/coffee/tea was provided.. Biscuits at the counter was available 24 hrs.. Very generous.. Thk u

The sewage smell in our toilet was unexpected.. Had to close the toilet door while sleeping🥺

Love the interior! We booked a room for 3 adults, so comfy with the clean bed sheets, wooden style platform beds and got kettle with many complementaries despite the low price they offer. The toilet also so clean. Even the iron so near to our room and they also prepare some light breakfast for their customers on the lobby.

We saw a dirty cloth inside the cupboard, not sure whether it is from previous guest. Other than that, everything else is very comfortable.

The breakfast provided by Hako Hotel was simple and acceptable by my family (such as breads, eggs, butter, biscuits, coffee and tea). The location of this hotel is near UTM, the place where my family planned to go.

One of the staff who was on duty at the Reception section where I had informed her to ask someone to clean and makeup the room after my family left the Hotel around 11:00am ~ 01:00pm but nothing had been done where my family came back to Hotel. This was happened for two separate days. She should let my family know where to get the "MakeUp" signace in our room. Most of the Hotels hang the signace on the door handle.

For a 2 star hotel, facilities were amazing. No odd musty smell. Fresh white linen for all the beds. Rooms were clean. Toilets were clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. Free breakfast was very much appreciated. Coffee, tea, juice and assorted biscuits available throughout the day! Nice! Overall a pleasant stay!

Was taken aback when my room key card accessible to all the rooms booked with just 1 key card. Shocker! It would be appreciated if a mirror could be made available in all the rooms. Had a hard time getting dressed as we had to rely on the mirror in the toilet.

Though it was a small hotel, but they have welcome beverage as well as biscuits. And i had a nice cup of hotel every morning before i head off. And the tea and coffee are readily available and put on a warmer.

When i reach late, there was not much carpark in front of the hotel. Except the back of the hotel which was a very dark alley. The sound proof of the hotel walls were also not good, as i can hear the neighbors kids sound in my room.

The receptionists were kind to us when we arrived, and our room was clean and large enough for 4 people, not to mention, we can fit even 6 people if bring our own mattress. Breakfast was provided without any additional charges. Overall, it is a 10/10 hotel, the only problem is it is quite far from restaurants to have dinner for people without car.

Chose Hako as it was the closest hotel to my university for my graduation at an affordable price point. For a family of 7, Id say its worth my money. Not only that, the staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful in my enquiries. As for the rooms, upon first entry, it was clean and organized. Overall, my family and I had a great time at Hako Hotel.

One thing that I wasn't a fan of about Hako was that, one of the rooms that I stayed in, the one that was on the second floor, the air conditioner wasn't working that well thus in the morning until the afternoon, the room can get pretty hot & humid. Though at night, the room was alright.

booked a triple room, room is good and comfy. they provide a king size bed and a single bed. light breakfast included in room rate and available in the lobby. parking available in front of the hotel. friendly staffs always available to help. water refill available at lobby as well.

hair dryer not available in room but you can borrow from counter and return once done.

The cleanness of the property is excellent. They do provide free flow coffee and tea and biscuit as well. Nearby the hotel got self service laundry shop. The family room located at G Level which I like to compliment this. Ease for those travel with elderly and kids . No worries about stairs.

The room without mini fridge and I think because the back of the hotel is sewage area, sometime I can smell the sewage smell but still acceptable.

1-doesn't have hair dryer in the room, reception mention whole hotel only have 3 hair dryer, which means after 3 ppl borrow it u don't have hair dryer to use. 2-they don't have any parking for guest, outside parking space is very limited
