The location.

The cleaning services. The dish washing sponge got hair on it. We threw it away but the cleaner put it back in the same place after.

We were upgraded to a large room so the washing machine and full kitchen was very useful when you have kids. We also chose to stay here because we wanted more space than just a bedroom. At least with a living area the kids can sit and hang out. It IS a short walk to Legoland, just slightly further than the Legoland hotel, but if you are able to stay on a high floor, the view is AMAZINGGGGGG. You can even see 2nd Link and Raffles Marina. And to Eco City. Also if you have a larger family, or teens, you do not want to stay at Legoland and have 5-6 pax in one room and ONE bathroom. Aircon worked fine for us. It's not central AC so you can get it fixed if it's not working. We didn't have breakfast but honestly it's not necessary, there are a lot of bakeries around in Medini Mall and EcoCity, just grab some pastries and heat them up the next day.

The property and rooms are not new, and the outside of the rooms feels like it's an apartment building rather than a serviced residence. But it's ok cos the rooms are decent and clean, even if the floor tiles might look a bit worn. We are just here for a few nights so it's ok.

Location is good for Legoland just minutes away by foot. However, most food and shopping malls are a little distance away. But with grab readily available is definitely not an issue. Highly recommended.

The housekeeping could be improved. We stayed for 3 nights, but the house was never cleaned up. They only changed the towels and made the bed. Floor, toilet, table etc.. was never clean. There was a lot of dust on the curtains and the floor behind it was very dirty.

Near to Legoland Malaysia. Helpful staff especially Mr Mizan. He so helpful when we ask about want to extant our stand. He give us good deal. So we can stay with peace & happy. So Mr Mizan, thank you again. We definitely will come again & stay at this hotel. :)

Overall I like this hotel. But one thing is parking area at the basement. Maybe can give parking card to the hotel guest I guess. It would be easy for us to go in & out without to be asking from security even we already paid the parking fees.

Reasonable pricing, near to legoland, got 24hour mart nearby, room is spacious and clean with utensils/cookwares etc all provided. Tall fridge for use, with oven and even toaster. Staffs there are excellent, very polite, friendly and helpful, esp the front desk lady (sorry didnt get your name). Its near legoland too. Feels safe to park in their carpark too, always have security at gantry. The female staffs assisting with breakfast in restaurant is very nice and helpful.

Location is near to legoland however quite a distance from the other attraction sites and mall. Living room TV works well though not much channel but can use screen mirroring, but the bedroom dont have screen mirroring so we didnt really use the tv in the room. There was once when we left and put up the sign no need for housekeeping but when we came back the door was left unlocked(left opened) but lucky our tablet and other belongings werent missing. Breakfast variety could be better but not too bad.

Arrived an hour earlier than the stated 3pm check in time, but was able to check in. Great! Clean, quiet and cozy room and as a bonus, equipped with a small kitchen too! Swimming pool is nice and clean, Gym equipments are top notch Walking distance to Legoland and Mall of Medini

This is not the hotel's fault, but in general - location is outskirt "in the middle of nowhere". Not easy to get a Grab ride. In fact, we nearly miss out flight back due to lack of Grab drivers, it is only after half an hour wait that we were fortunate to have gotten a Grab ride to the airport.

I booked this room for the proximity to Legoland and the many positive reviews on the apartment units. Glad to say everything people say is true. Loved how convenient it is to walk from Somerset Medini through Medini Mall to get to Legoland. I also had a great view of the theme park from my apartment. The apartment unit is fully furnished and comes with great amenities and even cutlery and drinkware in the kitchen. The swimming pool for adults and children is lean and serene. There's also a gym and children's play room. Prices for the unit are reasonable too. 200% would come back to stay again.

The apartment was just short of providing dishwashing liquid 😅 Would have helped in being able to clean the dishes and cutlery.

Every staff, receptionists, technicians and cleaners are kind and helpful. Especially the manager, Sharifah discerningly tried to help anything happened to my family unexpectedly. We really appreciate their efforts and warmth. Must definitely choose this place to stay if I visit JB next time due to the kind working team, clean facility and the best location. We were also happy to commute from the hotel to Legoland by 5mins walking every afternoon during our a month stay.

Laundry machine is needed for a longterm stay and I had to use laundry service.

Located near legoland, approx 5 min walking Beside Medini Mall, can grab some food and drink there. Spacious room, comfort bed.

Check in time is too long, we booked 3 rooms and we’re about to check in at 3pm as per policy, however, at 5 pm we are still not able to check in. Thats a bad experience since we have 8 kids. Plan to Legoland had to defer too.

Clean and Large Room. Air con is cold. Shower pressure is all right. At high floor it is windy too. Bed is large and comfort. Basically it is well maintained by the management. Only the outside lobby area saw stains on the floor.

The first day check in the room there is no TV signal and not able to watch any programme. As check with the reception, they are having upgrading on their TV platform. However at night time. The upgrade is completed, and TV is of no issues. Also needs to put in effort on the lift lobby cleaniess as we encounter areas with stain was not clean throughout the stay.
