The hotel looks grand but it is very dated. However, the rooms are absolutely comfortable, spacious and worth the price paid for. Staff service is excellent, quick and early check-in and made requests to add some bath mats to keep the bathroom floor dry

The air conditioning in the room is far too cold even with the settings provided. It's wonderful after a long day out in town but once you're settling in bed, it gets a little uncomfortable to sleep so we had to switch it off. It's a minor inconvenience and is easily resolved. The food selection for breakfast is gorgeous however some dishes lack flavour and seasoning.

Surely will repeat again. Love the old money vibes. The furniture and theme was nice and old school back to 2000s no wonder many old folks love to stay here. A lot of choices for breakfast. Luxurious surroundings with affordable price. If in kl quit similar to ShangriLa Hotel. Accessible to Billion supermarket, just 10 steps from the lobby.

Not really sound proofing. Can hear kids running and giggling outside the door. Sometimes can hear someone moving the furniture from the other room. My son even has delulu friends and dog. But nvm we enjoy the stay and will repeat again when we come to KB

Buffet breakfast is not like before, could improved

The Executive Premium King room was spacious, fully carpeted and had an excellent comfy bed. Housekeeping was prompt in delivering the deluxe duck feather pillow. The bathroom was well appointed with a separate shower stall and a bathtub. The hot water temperature was just right for me. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of cuisines with local specialities (Laksam, Laksa Kelantan, Nasi lemak) and international delicacies.

The room WiFi was weak and I could only connect with 1 device.

Comfortable bed and room was quiet, giving us a good rest.Had a free upgrade to a Suite, which was unexpected. A great surprise as we checked in at night for our rest . Breakfast is nice. A good variety of food to fill your stomach if you are not the choosy type.

There is no complaint about our stay except we prefer a brighter room. Friendly staff from the reception counter, the moment we step to the reception area. Staff at breakfast area were friendly too. Well done to all the staff for their friendliness and greeting with a smile.

Hotel is comfortable and centrally located with friendly service staff. The breakfast spread was good. The room on my revisit 3 days later was much improved from the first one that I was allotted.

My first night was disrupted by loud motorcycle racing in the wee hours of the night and the aircon was a little noisy. The aircon was freezing cold and even after the aircon was turned off, the room temperature remained chilly throughout. As with most hotels, the bath towels can improve a little

The first thing that struck me about Grand Renai was his warm and genuine welcome. He had a genuine smile and a pleasant demeanor that immediately put me at ease after a long day of travel. His professionalism and approachability made the check-in process a breeze, and I was immensely grateful for his efficient handling of my reservation. The hotel itself is a stunning architectural marvel nestled in a picturesque location with breathtaking views of kota bharu city. The lobby exudes elegance and sophistication, with tasteful decor and ambient lighting that immediately set the tone for a relaxing and indulgent stay. My room no was 1026 and was nothing short of perfection. It was impeccably clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed to provide the utmost comfort. The plush bedding, high-quality linens, and panoramic windows overlooking the beautiful city made for a truly serene retreat. The attention to detail was evident throughout, from the modern amenities to the thoughtful touches such as a personalized selection of premium toiletries. And i impressed for their complimentary Gym & swimming pool facilities for in house guest at 8th floor. I also worth mentioning is their housekeeping staff Mr. Aizol who make up my room nicely and provide extra Mineral water, coffee and tea as per my request. Throughout my stay, the staff consistently went above and beyond to cater to my every need.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist and their warm welcome made the check-in process an absolute breeze. The hotel's ambience is truly remarkable. The elegant decor and soothing atmosphere create a welcoming environment that instantly put me at ease. It's a place where you can truly relax and unwind. One of the standout features of my stay was the incredibly comfortable bed. After a long day of travel, sinking into that bed felt amazing. I had some of the best nights of sleep during my stay. But what truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service provided by the staff, particularly the receptionist. Their attentiveness, and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay were remarkable. Any request or question I had was handled promptly and with a genuine smile.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, but there were two issues. Firstly, the shower cap needed replacing. Secondly, the bathroom lacked a separator between the powder area and the toilet, making it a bit slippery and inconvenient for getting ready. Despite these issues, the hotel's excellent service and ambiance made the stay pleasant overall.

At first didnt expect too much.. but the check in was so smooth, easy , the person at the counter was really nice.. then we head up the the room at the 14th floor, the room was huge! N clean.. its a old room, but the kept it very clean.. the bathroom sme nice.. good job at their cleaner.. Alsooo the bfast, i also didnt expect too much.. hahaaa.. because we plan wanted to bfast outside, but the hotel give free bfast so we had to try, kacang pool is the best!! Like "sedap dooh" what kelantan people whould say hehe.. soo good!! Also they serve roti titab as well, crosaint was bake fresh over there n we love it! Fresh fruit , fresh salad bar.. ofkos next time, i whould come here n book this place again.. tq so much for giving us the lovely room ~

It’s such a luxury hotel I had ever being. The unit design comes with high class furniture and kitchen available as such we just feeling at our lovely home. Really like it because it such comfortable, furthermore it ‘s just 5 ~10 minutes driving distance to the KB Mall . it such a good experience for staying in …… and I will consider to stay again in the future, tq
