So the breakfast was good. But there wasnt any extra salt or pepper available to add according to taste. Moreover, if they could add a creamer or whitener for coffee or tea it would be great.

Everything was great

The services and the lobby where me and my friends constantly hanging out together are great. The location is quite strategic as well. You have convenient store, a restaurant and an entertainment place located just a few steps away from the hotel.

The showering system was not working on one of my friends' room so they couldn't use the water heater when they were showering and had to use a normal cold water. I hope you can fix that.

Comfortable bed, nice and clean room. The stuff were super friendly. I like the location as well. There are plenty of deliciousssss food by walking and easy to take the train from 2 different kind of stations near by...I have read here, that some guests were complaining about homeless people around the hotel...To be honest, they are just human and they don't do anything bad to you. Some were even friendly and said, hi to me with a smile on their faces... :-)) Few times I gave food to them, even they were not asking for it. So nothing bad about it to have them around. It's still a good hotel to stay!

Some guests were just too noisy while walking to their rooms in the evening. My neighbor next door everytime when she opens or closes the door, it was so annoying by the noise. I don't know how some people are just too dumb to use a door in a silence way.

We arrived at 7 am and it was easy to do the check-in. We had booked the room from the day before. We got our room, but the electricity was not working. We got moved to another (I think also bigger room) and everything was working fine. The location was ok. The room was nice and clean. Nice bed and hot water in the shower. Chillout area was also nice and comfortable. About the staying I have nothing bad to say.

On the day of the check out, we asked if we could storage our luggage at the hotel while we went for a trip. During that time someone stole my new headphones and charger from my luggage. I noticed that the headphones were missing after we had left the hotel. I guess normally in these situations the hotel do not take responsibility for the lost/stolen items BUT I WANT TO WARN OTHER PEOPLE TO THINK TWICE BEFORE LEAVING YOUR LUGGAGE THERE AFTER YOU HAVE CHECKED OUT.

There is a water dispenser on the first floor, in this way you can reduce single-use plastic bottles.

Breakfast is more like a fast-food type. If you like to eat savory then it´s ok for you. Also the only beverages you´ll find are coffee and tea; if you want milk, water or juice you need to pay extra.

Decoration and it location. Look like new hotel. And got a comfortable longue to chill and read book.

Package for breakfast. Not a buffet food, you need to choose a simple breakfast that has been stated in form. The price i think u can get a better food at stall at the road. And the waitress not friendly. Need to do self order for ur food. Last, parking u need to pay rm5, and park at bank Muamalat park. I think u just park there without say it to hotel coz the gate always open. Haha

I mostly liked the staff attitude and willingness to help. The room I originally booked was right in front of the noisy monorail line even though I had asked in my booking if possible to be placed in a quiet room. When I saw the room I asked to be moved and the staff on duty duly obliged. In the end I was moved to a Premier room which was much quieter (even though some of the guests in the room next door or in the inner courtyard were not the quietest) and had a fridge. It surprises me how many hotels in Southeast Asia don't provide a fridge by default. I extended my original 4 nights stay to remain around two weeks in the end and I stayed in the same room until the end. The room was quite nice and with good design, even if a bit dark. To be honest I was a bit wary of the use of the word boutique in the name as the last "boutique" hotels I have stayed at in Thailand and Cambodia were not exactly what would be considered boutique. But this hotel was in very good conditions and seemed organised.

Some of the guests on the same floor were being quite noisy, like children screaming at night (?!). I get that it's not the staff's fault, but it ruined the hotel vibe a bit. The fact that to get a fridge, one had to upgrade to a more expensive room but I guess it's common practice in many SEA hotels.

Clean rooms, friendly staff. Breakfast was great and made it easy to start the day quickly. There is a lot of street food nearby. If you crave Indian food it is just 550m away, anj najas maju. Best vegetarian food I had in 3 days.

There was a large group of students from Indonesia from the second day. They were an excited bunch of kids who kept shouting and laughing up until midnight. Complaining to staff did not help. With kids and day travel plans, it was hard to sleep with all the noise.
