The bed and pillows were super comfortable. Room was more or less clean. Bathroom was clean and great. Everything in working order. Room was spacious enough. Though, don't expect storage place or space for much luggage. We travelled light with handluggage only and that worked well. The view was as expected (city). Breakfast was buffet style with a good variety of food. The fried rice was super yummy. All in all it is a perfect place to crash in the city center. Value for money is given and I would stay there again.

We had to eat our breakfast with plastic cutlery, that's not very sustainable nor very yummy. Needs to change! Bathroom is missing a bumbgun (I was surprised). Room had a bit of a funky smell - maybe time for an AC cleaning? Not so easy to be found with grab. The chow kit hotel is the big sister and can be used as orientation and connection.

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. Micro rooms, welcoming atmosphere and high quality service. The lobby smells amazing, with signature scents evoking feelings like romance, energy, fun, or relaxation. Excellent property and very convenient to Bukit Bintang district in Kuala Lumpur. The purpose of writing this letter is to compliment your hotel staff for their wonder service. Thanks to your staff for making it such a comfortable stay at your hotel. I was there for five days and for all these days I was attended with utmost warmth. I was impressed to see the prompt room service despite the peak season. Every need was catered with utmost perfection making us feel so important.I would like to compliment your entire staff (Ms. Carmen) for she was extremely professional, welcoming, and attentive to my every need. With a smile on her face, I was really impressed by her service. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. And I would like to visit your hotel again for this outstanding experience. But some of the front desk staff I deal with need to improve their attitude and the way they speak to guests. Property is clean and has a dynamic, ever-evolving space that replaces the traditional lobby and plays host to a constant line up of exciting events, parties and food pop-ups. They do not offer a buffet for breakfast. The options for the continental breakfast were English Breakfast and Nasi Lemak, but they were both delicious. LRT station, Not much attraction around here but it's a walkable distance to the Sultan Ismail station - Ampang Line LRT. Ensuite bathroom, The bathroom is spacious and features a stand-up shower. They didn't provide the full set of toiletries, but I'm okay with this. They do provide shampoo, body wash, and hand wash. The quality was great. For sure, they do provide the basic toilet amenities, etc: towels, foot mat.

• Friendly and Knowledgeable Staff: The staff is very kind and well-informed, always ready to provide assistance. • Clean and Well-Maintained Property: The property is nicely maintained and clean. It also features a restaurant on the ground floor, and there are other similar venues nearby, which adds convenience. • Location: Although the main attractions are a bit far, they are reachable on foot within 30 minutes to an hour—perfect if you plan to spend your day exploring the city.

• Room Size: The room is very small, as shown in the photos. This isn’t a major issue if you’re out exploring most of the day, but it’s something to be aware of. • Bathroom Issue: When taking a shower, the water tends to spill into the narrow corridor, wetting the area. • Air Conditioning and Noise: In our room (409 bis), the air conditioner filter needed changing. Additionally, if you are a light sleeper, consider asking for earplugs at reception since the sound of traffic can be heard throughout the day.

The staff really saved the trip for me. I was upgrade next door to The Chow Kit, to avoid a noise problem, which I was super grateful for. The night I did stay I loved the room. Hotel was clean and simple, bathrooms worked well and the price was really hard to beat, being in the middle of town. I loved my stay and would recommend. Super cute hotel. 7/11 was also across the street which I loved.

The walls are painfully thin. I would rate it higher if the noise from hallways or next door wasn't such a problem. I know its not their fault but you can sort of hear everything. Bring ear plugs. Shower hardware was a bit old/broken.

Great location. Very friendly and attentive staff. It's a clean environment and was an overall pleasant stay. I have stayed for almost two months with three different reservations.

The breakfast environment is my only complaint. It is a free-for-all and really difficult for solo travelers like me. The food quality is fine. But since the hotel caters to large volumes of cohesive Asian tour groups almost daily, getting to the food line and keeping a place to sit and eat is a challenge for singles. I got up to get coffee refills on a couple of occasions and found that I had been evicted from the table by other guests, and my food removed. There was a mistake in my last booking, and breakfast was not included. I have been going out for coffee and much happier not having to go into the war zone every morning at breakfast time.

We have upgraded our room to The Chow Kit's room which is just next to MoMo's. The room is small but still very charming and clean. The staffs are very kind and professional. The doormen are very helpful. The hotel is very close to the monorail station. There's a laundry shop across the street which is a plus. This is where we stay every time we visit Kuala Lumpur. We just like it!

It will be great if the quality of the toilet paper improved and indoor slippers are provided.

Love the design of this place so much, the art and the tech as well. For RM95 it was well spent for the experience. We needed a short, one night weekend getaway for our 2nd anniversary. Decided to go for this boutique hotel instead of some 5 star hotel and we were not disappointed! RECEPTION • Lobby - Always smelling so good I love it! Really gave a good impression. Colourful and full of artwork. • Restaurant - Had a burger, fries and chocolate drink. Food tasted good, price-wise not too expensive. • Lift - Only people with room cards can access so there's security. ROOM • Room - Small but clean and comfortable, minimalistic style. Adequately lit with adjustable ring light on the wall which is very convenient. Mattress and pillow soft and comfy. • No wardrobe since it's a small room • Toilet - Clean, the soap and shampoo is great and not some cheap junk. • Amenities - 2x bottled water provided, refillable at the restaurant. My husband's obsession was the automatic water dispenser LOL. LOCATION • Close to Quill City mall – a half dead mall but okay la better than nothing. Got eateries and cinema and some shopping. • Not much attraction around here but it's a walkable distance to LRT station. • Some restaurants and stalls nearby. NOISE • We stayed at level 3 so I'm not sure about the party downstairs coz we didn't hear anything. • Ear plugs are available at reception if you want. • Room was close to LRT track but didn't hear any noise (keep the window panel closed). • But some rempit bikers did get really noisy past midnight which had awoken us up. OVERALL, I'd like to say that even with a "budget" price, this hotel doesn't seem so "budget" at all like other places I've stayed at at this price point. It's quite a well designed hotel and not your typical cheap stay.

These are all very minor stuff that I just wanted to point out. I don't really mind them actually since the price I paid for is very cheap anyway. • Toilet bowl has no bidet or hand bidet • The seat is flat with no curvature so a bit uncomfortable to sit on LOL • No iron provided, but you can send your clothes for services • Hot shower not so hot, just warm

I do ate dinner at MoMo’s during check in and breakfast (i choose room with breakfast). The dinner was ok (crispy chicken burger & iced chocolate) and I love the fry up breakfast/american breakfast set with choice of cappuccino. I get my room upgraded to The Chow Kit besides MoMo’s. The bed, bathroom and amenities was new, clean and in good condition.

At The Chow Kit, the tv channel was quite limited. Most of the channel list wasn’t subscribed. The hotel didn’t provide iron inside the room. No bidet, I use the mineral water glass provided for washing. Limited space for muslim to perform prayer.

-No tea or coffee making facilities in room. You can request a kettle but have to buy your own tea/coffee & get cups -Rooms are small but good for just sleeping -Can be noisy with guests outside your room -Our window just peered into other rooms, not to outside space
