Room was well presented, spacious. Good bathroom amenities. Was surprised to see slippers and toothbrush/toothpaste provided. Plenty of towels. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Accommodated my request for high floor and quiet room. Love the quilt on the beds. Great location, literally 1 block from Chinatown. Lots of places to eat nearby. Despite being on a busy street, hotel must have excellent sound proofing. Once inside, was like in another world. Couldn't hear any city noises

Shower floor and grout could benefit from a more thorough clean or replacement. Bed a little hard for my liking.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The staff was super-nice and helpful at the front desk, in the cafe, and in the restaurant. We were always greeted with smiles. The breakfast buffet was yummy, and varied enough each day to keep it interesting. The location is in Chinatown, so everything is nearby. We would happily stay here again.

The staff doesn't respond to messages sent through Booking.com very quickly. I'm still waiting to hear back on a credit card charge I'm questioning.

The hotel offers a good standard. Breakfast was very varied, recommendable. Rooms are good, some walls need painting, but absolutely good for the stay. The Chinese quarter is lively. Just opposite the hotel is PS-150, an interesting bar. If travelling by plane from the airport, I recommend taking the AirPort Express. The journey to KL Sentral takes only 30 minutes. From the station, either order a Grab taxi or take the metro. It is only one stop to the hotel.

The location of the facility, and it's conveniences to the surrounding amenities. Rooms were very clean, and staffs' are friendly. We especially like the overall decoration of the room, with a special wall mural that highlights the history and location to where the hotel is located - Chinatown, KL. Bedding was clean, and comfortable. Water pressure was great and we had a good relaxing time. Surrounding amenities, and food choices were great too - with Ho Kow Kopitiam, Pik Wah Bar and Cafe, and also Purple Cane Teahouse, some of our favorites during our recent visit. All these, including Central Market are all within walking distances. Finally, its location, a walking distance from the MRT Pasar Seni station is just super good, linking us to all over KL and Petaling.

The corridors along the bedrooms were rather stuffy. Would have been good if there are better air flow along these corridors, as once we left the room, as we walk towards the elevators, we felt almost being suffocated. Also, the hair dryer in the room was not functioning properly - it cannot hold its position when it is unfolded.

The staff was exceptionally friendly, accommodating and very professional. We loved the spacious room and the view we had. Everything was clean and felt fresh. The location right at the edge of Chinatown is great. Will definitely stay there again when in KL.

We are a Muslim family (hubby, myself, toddler & my mom) who stayed at Four Points Sheraton from 14-18 April 2024. We had the most relaxing & peaceful stay at Sheraton, it was just fabulous. Each day, our tour operator would take us out to for a visit and we could return to the hotel, all worn-out & dead-tired. But, upon return to the hotel and after a refreshing bath, followed by sleep and the morning wide spread of breakfast, we would be 100% energised for the fresh day ahead. Families like me, book for overseas trips to run away from our daily stressful lives and believe me, my stay at Sheraton & visit to Malaysia made me stress-free and carefree. Thanks a bunch for making my trip memorable. Everything/Everybody from A-Z at Sheraton was 100 on 100…. Keep up the good work!

there was nothing that i didnt' like

As it was our first time in Kuala Lumpur we asked for a room as high up as possible. This was granted and our room was on the 18th floor of 20. The location at the beginning of Petaling Street (Chinatown) is brilliant. Many restaurants are all within walking distance. Unfortunately I can't remember the places we went to, they were all excellent. After 5 minutes walk you reach the MRT station “Pasar Seni”. From there, most of KL's sights can be reached quickly. The breakfast was very good. We drank coffee again and no more tea. There was everything you need, omlet-, pancake station, fruit, freshly squeezed juices and many Asian delicacies. In the lobby, at the entrance, there is an opportunity to do laundry. Unfortunately, the token machine was out of order. However, we found a launderette nearby. The staff were all very nice, attentive without being intrusive. The pool was clean and we always found free loungers.

We make the right choice to stay at this hotel to visit Chinatown KL. We stayed here to do CNY decorations shopping. Many good cafes and restaurants nearby. LaGula & Flaaah bakeries cafes are right at the ground floor of the hotel. Overall the room is clean, comfortable and shower is good. The carpark lift is slow but it’s not too bad. Carpark is good. This hotel location is the best! Concierge staff are very helpful to bring our baggages to our car. Love the Christmas decorations at the lobby. Thank you for the Christmas ginger bread man when we checked out. Nice gesture! Amazing view from our room.

Nothing that l could think of.

Our stay was very comfortable. The staff were very attentive to our needs. Whenever we called or requested for something, it never took longer than 10 minutes. The wifi was great, I was able to do some office work with ease. The hotel was very very near Petaling Market and there were a lot of restaurants near by.

Not really didn't like but I guess the option for the breakfast was repeatitive. They could have at least put someone who can make really good egg omelet. That's the only thing, otherwise it could have been perfect.

Good location around Chinatown. Hence alot of food and bars in walking distance. Hotel it self was nice and clean and felt up-market as you would expect from a Four Points Sheraton. However not that much facilities by, i.e abit of a walk to the grocers, nor were there much places to go for tourist like massages etc.. though great local food and drinks option in the middle of the city. would stay again
