An extremely centrally located and very reasonably priced accommodation within spitting distance of KL Sentral Station, allowing you to get anywhere in the city within less than an hour. Additionally, one of the monorail lines is literally located around 50 metres from the hotel's main entrance. The breakfast is good and has a wide selection, the staff are attentive and kind, and there is a high level of cleanliness. A definitive recommendation for anyone looking to visit KL!

The location of course!!! This is my 8th stay with this hotel. I've been staying in this hotel since 2015! Value for money, great location, safe surrounding, near to shopping mall, places to eat and basic needs like convenience stores, coin laundry, street food, street spa (really useful and needed after a long day of shopping and sight seeing) and most importantly this hotel is located very near to KL Sentral, your one stop travelling stations - ETS, ERL, Monorel, LRT, intercity trains etc...

the bathroom door...i think we need 2 separate doors for the shower and the toilet.. 😬

I hanged my Gold Chain on the door knob and forgot to pick it up. On the way to singapore I noticed and called to customer service desk. Mr Anis picked up the call and I told him about my case. After 30 minutes he called and confirmed my Gold chain is located and is under his custody. Can come or authorise some one to come and collect. It was collected by my friend. Appreciate the honesty of the Hotel Team. Besides the monetary value, the chain has some immense sentimental value. Thanks Anis & Team.

I always like the location of the hotel itself, its very near the convenience store n to the nearest public transport.

Its my 3rd time at the hotel, i always like it but this time i really dont like the mattress, its very thin. I can feel the spring . Almost not comfortable for the entire trip . But next time i hope i can get better room . The room i was stayed ad 330 at level 3 .

Beautiful, comfortable and spacious apartment. Swimming pool was huge with amazing view. Initially i had issues with wifi but was resolved immediately. Easy to communicate with owner.

No proper signboard of the entrance where the driver should drop off. When I arrive the apartment was clean but not 100%. I saw some hairs on the floor. Could add more trash bins and clothelines to dry wet clothes from pool. Check-in is late but check-out is early.. bec my flight is at night had to pay extra every hour for late check-out.

The location is.within a few minutes' walking distance from KL Sentral monorail and about 5 to 10 minutes to the main KL Sentral station. The price is also value-for-money for a superior/double room. The neighbouring eateries and convenience stores are open till late. You never need to worry aboit going hungry.

The room is a little dated, and could do with a new coat of paint. Some overall touch-ups would be good too. However, those are minor stuff and should not affect your stay to a huge extent.

The front desk was very nice, friendly and helpful. We could not get a 2 single beds at first but then one of the Front Desk (I think she is a transgender) she or he was very very helpful. It was my 1st time and we would LOVE to come back again. The room was cleaned, the bed was comfortable and the location was so good. We LOVE it.

Everything was just nice. We have nothing to complain as we were very comfortable and happy.

Strategic Location to go anywhere. It’s Near Nu Sentral, easy to catch train on time. Walking distance about 5 minutes. Near commuter, monorail & lrt. Easy to find food because there’s a lot of kedai mamak. Near 7e, kk mart, speed mart & if you forget to bring your fon charger, you can buy it at the electronics shop in front of the hotel. A lot of other budget hotel nearby.

Toilet Paip Licking & toilet bowl lid need to be changed because it’s looks old already. The breakfast menu, it’s the same menu everyday & the taste also not so good.🙁 I stay for 5 days 4 night. My last night quite creepy. I already put sign “Do not disturb at the door”. While I was in the toilet, I heard someone trying to enter my room without using hotel card. If you using a wrong number of hotel card, the alarm will sound. But this guy didn’t using it. I saw the door handle moving, that’s mean yup, someone are trying to enter my room. it’s happened about 5 minutes & then I heard he walked away. Security staff need to patrol regularly to every floor to ensure customer safety.

Have to give it 10 because I stay here every time I pass through KL . The staff are efficient the location is good next to MRT and sentral Railstation 5 minutes walk .. Lots of food places literally out the door . The rooms aren’t small the central air conditioning beats the standard wall ones It’s rough around the edges but clean . It’s quiet

Maybe new carpets in the hallways would be a nice touch

Raj at the front office was outstanding. He was understanding, appreciative of a travellers requirements and turned our stay in to an outstanding experience. It was Raj, Raj and Raj all along. ..

The hotel is jaded. Requires a refurbishment. Also too close to the monorail line.
