Location near National Museum. Have iron, ironing board and prayer sejadah which is very convenient. Good selection of ala’ carte breakfast with nice music and clean restaurant. Room have fan too and air conditioner, very cold.

Room very small, its L shape which is tight to move around. Don’t be fooled by the name, its not connected to KL Sentral.

The bed is very comfy. Daily housekeeping if you ask for it.

Sometimes there’s buffet. Sometimes they give you only a menu to choose whether you want Asian or Western breakfast but it’s always delicious.

The location is strategic in the heart of kuala lumpur. Near Kl sentral and Tun Sambaran Monorail. Walking distance to go to both stations. Staff is good. Guard helps me to carry my bags to the lobby when i arrived for check in. Parking is limited. They have basement parking which is you need to get in a lift and it will bring you down to the basement. Free parking. There are also a few parking sport in front of the hotel but very limited. The room is clean. I book for triple room and the room is big. For muslim it easy to solat coz got a lot of spaces plus they also provide sejadah. Got iron and iron table in the room. No need to ask from reception. Overall, value for money ☝🏼

The room is very spacious. This hotel is located in the city center, hence there are a lot of food delivery options. KL Sentral is just within walking distance (on the same road). The security guards are very helpful and very sincere with their job. Ironing board and iron is provided inside the room too.

The parking space below the basement can only be accessed via lift for the car. But the space to enter the lift is very narrow, behind the hotel building. If lucky, parking space is also available in front of the hotel, but very limited.

Near KL Sentral. Even if you check out at 3am, you can still get Grab service.

The staff was excellent. Very, very helpful and nice.

The shower wasn't good. Fest in the ceiling and very difficult to get the right temperature. The cleaning wasn't very good. They just changed the sheets 3 times in 6 days. Last day they didn't come at all. We had to call the reception to get more toilet paper and shower cream. I believe there was no supervisor for the cleaning staff.

Nice room, just as described on Booking webside. Very close to the KL Sentral, just pass the nearby shopping mall and try to get down to street lever, then you just have made the most of the journey. Walk towards the big silvery tower and after max 10 minutes you are there. Righthand north of the hotel are many Indian restaurants and temples. Money as well as supplies can be received at the two gas stations on the way to the hotel. Perfect location coming and leaving by train, which is a very good choice according to my experience.

The hotel was lacking a breakfast service, so be prepared to have breakfast at the station or shopping mall.
