Great experience staying in this hotel. Excellent location, very near and distance to the shopping area and local restaurants. The breakfast was also very good. The stuffs are amazing .I will definitely stay in this hotel once I go back to KL.

The toilet was not flushing very well

last minutes i booked this room for my parents on saturday and unexpectly everything was so smooth. my parents love it so much, from friendly receptionst, cleanliness of the room . this is firstime im givin some feedback cause my parents love it at all. thankyou so much ! recommended & sure will repeat again.

I have no experience about breakfast in hotels,because i prefer breakfast outside,it dosen' mean that it doesn't suit my taste but,my eating habits are like that... The location of hotel i quite good and very suitable for oeople like me

For me there is nothing i dont like, thats why i always choose this hotel to stay when i'm in kuala lumpur

Lobby and outside hotel very nice and clean. Staff very pleasant and helpful when needed. Location could be better, but the hotel actually uplifts the neighborhood by being there. Once in the elevator and upstairs, the age of the hotel shows. Beds are stiff, ceiling could use touciing up in my room. Staff cannot help that. They do great no job. 7 Eleven, KFC, ATMs, nearby all less than 5 minute walk. I am fair critic, I still would stay there again but I moved closer to Petronas towers for more sight seeing.

Ceiling, bed mattress. All else good. Would stay again still. Staff wonderful and hotel central to neighborhood.

Decent place to stay, comfortable and the wifi's okay. The breakfast spread is good. I went down around 7am and I had the whole hall just for me. Didnt get to see any band performance, not sure if that's an actual thing or it was there for decoration. I'd prefer a more private area to eat tho.

The parking! I had a hard time finding the parking building and the parking lot was quite narrow, very hard for me to load and unload my stuff especially as I am travelling alone.

The parking fee is flat rate it is very good indeed for all the visitor , the room price is very cheap and reasonable with good facilities, surely will repeat in future

Late housekeeping, need to update and inform the reception twice to clean the room, also the parking is not too convenient to search also too park

Actually our room is not include the meal.Because for us the price is not worth it and too expensive for this hotel.Later on,when we do the payment on the counter..then we ask about walk in price for the breakfast.And it's more cheaper rather u pay online.And the menu is so valuable and more variety!

The bathroom need more cleanliness

excellent value for its price room is clean and tidy

location is ok but surrounding of the hotel is not very safe and clean. not much options for food if you are malaysian chinese, though there is a walkable distance KFC nearby sound proofing of the hotel room is just sucks

Strategic location and good breakfast

Outside Hotel area need attention for DBKL for cleanliness since it was a tourism spot.
